Randall Flagg Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Who ever pegged Ennis as Afinogenov 2.0 was dead onhey that might have been me! First thing I've ever been dead on about I'd imagine haha And D4rk you're right about that shot, I hadn't seen a replay yet when I posted that Quote
Hoss Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I'm willing to give Weber credit for fighting. It's the only positive thing he does... Mainly the part where it takes him off the ice for five minutes. Quote
3putt Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 His skating has dropped off. He's not making those quick stops and starts that he needs to. Instead he's making lazy plays. I wonder if his injury is nagging him. He looks like he is laboring on every stride, definitely not 100% Quote
Rasmus_ Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I'm willing to give Weber credit for fighting. It's the only positive thing he does... Mainly the part where it takes him off the ice for five minutes. He exceeds expectations when he's sitting on the bench. Quote
Stads Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I'm willing to give Weber credit for fighting. It's the only positive thing he does... Mainly the part where it takes him off the ice for five minutes. I couldn't agree more. It also takes someone off on the other team for 5 minutes that has much more skill than the aformentiomed Michael Weber. Quote
... Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Eichel must have skipped his morning coffee because his motor is not running as strong as the rest of the team. Or, at least it appears that way. Quote
Hoss Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I couldn't agree more. It also takes someone off on the other team for 5 minutes that has much more skill than the aformentiomed Michael Weber. My original post was a joke. I give Weber credit for nothing. I just want him off the ice. Quote
bunomatic Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 15-3 shots. Maybe 3 ,4 times Linus was actually tested. Canucks are dominating possession though. Wake up boys. Quote
Kristian Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I think Bylsma should have the boys taking weird point shots on Miller, all through the 2nd period. Quote
PromoTheRobot Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 At the FNC. The is a definite lack of chemistry still, especially in the defensive end. Otherwise a great day to be in the old burg. The grain elevator light show at Canalside is something else. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 I think, we should get Miller back...... Please Quote
The Dominator Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Good time for the period to end, Van was starting to generate good pressure and scoring chances Quote
Stads Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) My original post was a joke. I give Weber credit for nothing. I just want him off the ice. What if Weber gets boarded on his first shift and the other team's best player gets 5 and a game misconduct? Is it worth it then to have him play? Edited November 7, 2015 by Stads Quote
North Buffalo Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) Sabres passing just off. Need some Pete's Italan Roast or Pierce Brother's "Fog Buster" Gionta looks like he has his legs compared to the rest of them. Larrson looks like a brick and a pain to play against, has a little Marchand in him. What if Weber gets boarded on his first shift and the other team's best player gets 5 and a game misconduct? Is it worth it then to have him play? If it is a top D then no not worth having him play, if forward then maybe but very limited minutes. Edited November 7, 2015 by North Buffalo Quote
Stoner Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Gionta's best play in several games: Hopping back over the boards to prevent a bench minor. They talked about this on the radio. Petey seems to think if the puck had hit Ennis' skates, it would have been too many men. But you have to play the puck. Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 They need those fogging blowers that they have on NFL sidelines but instead of water vapor some atomized smelling salts. While your at it add some caffeine and some Vitamin B to the powerade bottles. Quote
qwksndmonster Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 O'Reilly, Gionta, Moulson doesn't have anywhere near enough beef. It appears that HD agrees because O'Reilly finished the period with Des and Foligno. Quote
Hoss Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 What if Weber gets boarded on his first shift and the other team's best player gets 5 and a game misconduct? Is it worth it then to have him play? That could happen to anybody. No. It's not worth having Weber on the ice. Quote
qwksndmonster Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 (edited) Eichel is not intense enough, as sizzle said, but it's like HD is trying to reinforce "do it all on your own!" With these lines. Great period by McCabe. Nice outlet passes, nice aggression in the D zone. Kid is a keeper. Pysyk had a few brutal giveaways. He and Eichel need some of BogoKane's Secret Stash. Ottosmagic13 Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Franson's middle name is "pylon" isn't it... Quote
... Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 WTH is it with the dump-ins. Samson needs to try and carry that puck to the net. Quote
Mustache of God Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Eichel with an assist???! Quote
