Iron Crotch Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 That does not look like an NHL arena. Go Sabres! It was built only for basketball. To fit a rink in, it has to be skewed (off-center). That's why the camera is at the blue line instead of center ice. Also, the scoreboard hangs over one of the blue lines. And, there are about 1500 obstructed view seats off to camera left. It's just a bad, bad place for hockey. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Late arriving crowd? Less people there than at a Panthers-Sabres game. Quote

hockeyhound Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Surprised Gorges received absolutely no discipline. Last year he probably would've had 1 or 2 games for sure. Quote

Gorges is a vet with no history, he would have to be more blatant or injured someone to get suspended. Kaleta would have been gone for the year. Quote

... Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 I'm not sure, yet, what to make of this, but when I watch other games, I generally don't see games with the same pace and sense of urgency as I do with Sabres games this season. Maybe it's me, but it seems since the Sabres are playing at a higher tempo this year, the opposing teams are matching (of course), but, again it's a higher energy level per game compared to other teams throughout the league. LGR4GM Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 These limited view seats are hogwash Just move to seats where you can see, no one is at this game. Quote
WildCard Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Can't be throwing that rebound right back into the slot Ullmark Quote
... Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 The goalie of the team we root for is looking pretty okay so far. Quote

Huckleberry Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 want to go on record as saying I think Legwand has been pretty good the last few games. I go on record I want him back next season :D Quote
inkman Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 I'm watching the game on my tablet via methods discussed on her before. I'm sporting a semi chub as I'm in Florida with no cable. ☺ Quote

Jeanbe Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 There appears to be a ton of seats on the Islanders side of the blue line with no one there. I see a car taking up prime ticket spots. Weird. Quote
Brawndo Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Ennis ROR and Eichel seems like a fun line Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Is that a car taking up 10-15 rows of prime corner seats in the 100 level? Quote
