WildCard Posted October 12, 2015 Author Report Posted October 12, 2015 We crushed the Corsi that period. 30-12 shot attempts in the 2nd. That's gotta be what, the first time in 2.5 years? Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 How is that not interference on Ennis right there? I'm not one to normally complain about missed penalties but in every game this season I've seen 4-5 missed interference calls while entering the zone. That number doubles if you count the ones the Sabres have gotten away with. If the Forward dumps it past you and you stand the guy up impeding his progress to the puck - that is text book interference. I understand slowing him down, but completely blocking him out? That Ennis one that you mention I'm sure was the one where Ennis wasn't even the player that dumped it in past the 3-4 guys stacked at the blue line. Quote
inkman Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Somewhat surprised but in reality it's a pick em of Weber, Colo, whoever Donovan is or Franson  Quote

The man-handled him at the blue line, not a single one of them turned to look for the puck when he dumped it in Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) Also, I play WAY to much NHL 16. I keep wanting the goalies to keep the play going despite knowing better. Edited October 12, 2015 by Ottosmagic13 Quote
Trettioåtta Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Something so satisfying about Eichel's skating stride. So purposeful Quote
inkman Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 When did columbus day become so debated? It's been a holiday your whole freaking life. Schools & banks always have it off. Maybe because I'm the offspring of bankers this comes natural to me. Quote

Ottosmagic13 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) I thought that was Knee on Knee to Eichel and had visions of the worst. 2 PP goals? A new era indeed! Edited October 12, 2015 by Ottosmagic13 Quote

... Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Looking good. Speed, COMPETE, skill. The stew is simmering. How long before Girgensons gets a cut across his nose? Quote
ubkev Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 That was on Johnson. He's gotta cover that puck. Twice! Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 That was on Johnson. He's gotta cover that puck. Twice! He also has to have to have some help from his D to clear the net so he's not being pestered. Everyone was watching the puck. Tie up a stick and that 2nd and 3rd shot never happens. Quote
Stoner Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Two broadcast mysteries. Why did Dunleavy do the second game on radio, but not the first or this one? And why is Rick sitting at one end? No wonder half the game he doesn't identify players anymore. Quote
3putt Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Pysyk makes some real heady plays. Very smart. Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Eichel holy god that was pretty! Quote
