WildCard Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) Dunleavy and Ray will have this game on WGR, for those wanting streams I recommend searching reddit, or I'll pm you one if you'd like. Byslma has said that as we get closer to the regular season, expect to see a more regular season line up in play, so I expect the big boys will all be playing; hopefully they will be. There are only 2 preseason games left, one tonight and one tomorrow. After that, a week of rest, and real hockey is back, after 2 long, long years. We all know what Eichel did last time he visited Minnesota Edited October 1, 2015 by WildCard Quote
dudacek Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) It looks like we get all the bubble guys, and the bare minimum of eight NHL vets. Media reporting O'Reilly is out, probably Eichel as well. Bylsma said he would be in tough to pick the vets — assuming that's because he wants to dress the starting lineup Friday and doesn't want anyone to play three in a row. I think you'll see most of these guys for sure: Larsson Girgensons McGinn Rodrigues C. O'Reilly Akeson Kaleta Schaller Ellis Donovan Guhle/Ruhwedel Colaiacovo McCabe Austin/Leduc Johnson Not sure if all the bolded qualify as vets, but most should. On the plus side, this might be the last time we ever see Matty Ellis in a Sabres uni. (And I will definitely want a stream, please and thank you, even though I won't be able to pick it up until late.) Edited October 1, 2015 by dudacek Quote
Huckleberry Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 The game against columbus should be a good test to see how we rank in the east. I imagine both teams will play with their final roster. Quote
sicknfla Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Just a random post that I don't really know where to post it - why do the schedule makers have us playing Tampa 4 times in the first 15 games? I normally take the family to both Tampa games and kind of sucks that both games down here are so early in the season. Quote
Cereal Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) Looks like ROR not in Minnesota for tonight's game. Link: http://www.wgr550.com/pages/22019300.php Edited October 1, 2015 by Cereal Quote

ddaryl Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 I would think the last preseason game would be close to the final roster. Quote

Mustache of God Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Unfortunately I don't think there will be a stream tonight, similar to the first preseason game against minnesota. Quote

LGR4GM Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Bylsma has said so far he likes Reinhart on the wing Quote
beerme1 Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Bylsma has said so far he likes Reinhart on the wing You think he stays and plays wing? I'm feeling they send to Roch. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) Bylsma has said so far he likes Reinhart on the wing I really think an Eichel-Reinhart combo would make a ton of sense given what the rest of the roster looks like (not long term of course, but right now)...if they weren't both rookies. pastajoe Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 I'd rather watch Reinhart than any of the others that might take his spot. Quote

dudacek Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 If Reinhart goes down, who is the 13 and/or 14 forward? Rodrigues? Akeson? Cal O'Reilly? Quote
LGR4GM Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 If Reinhart goes down, who is the 13 and/or 14 forward? Rodrigues? Akeson? Cal O'Reilly? Who are the 12 forwards we think will be on the team, not including Reinhart? Quote
dudacek Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 OReilly Kane Ennis Eichel Moulson Gionta Larsson Girgensons McGinn Legwand Foligno Deslauriers Quote
LGR4GM Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 Yea Reinhart is easily able to be as good as 5 of those guys right now so he stays. I think Eichel and Samson may see press box time at various periods just so they can take a step back and learn. Quote
nfreeman Posted October 1, 2015 Report Posted October 1, 2015 If Reinhart goes down, who is the 13 and/or 14 forward? Rodrigues? Akeson? Cal O'Reilly? His name rhymes with "Shmat Shmaleta." Quote

And this kid ain't gonna be gassed. Quote
