Mustache of God Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 Eichel looked so effortless on that goal, his stride is incredible. Compare it to whoever was chasing him down, dudes legs were churning and he still couldn't catch him. Quote
skaught Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 am i allowed to tell people to PM me for "live highlights" ? I dunno, there's multiple live streams on youtube. Quote
darksabre Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 A cell-phoned Vine for those asking about the goal:https://vine.co/v/eQbY65wFKUB Quote
musichunch Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 Eichel - O'Reilly - Kane - Ennis on 4 on 3. Dear God this is entertainment. What a scary powerplay. Great pass by Eichel to Ennis. Should've been a goal Quote
thesportsbuff Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 I dunno, there's multiple live streams on youtube. yeah thats what i meant haha but i think posting those here is discouraged Quote
Mustache of God Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 Lehner got real lucky on that miffed 2-1. He was clearly beat but the Laugh just missed the net hard. What a scary powerplay. Great pass by Eichel to Ennis. Should've been a goal It was a pretty great save by Bernier. Always fun to see a goalie stack the pads like that. Quote

X. Benedict Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 He's skating like a tremendous machine. My goodness, we haven't seen that gear since Mogilny. Quote

Kelly the Dog Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 My goodness, we haven't seen that gear since Mogilny. What I liked was he started on the left side with the Leaf in the middle of the ice, and then he beat him by so much distance that he was able to move to the center of the ice to shoot and score without the guy close enough to even poke check him from directly behind. That was insane. I didn't catch who it was that he beat but is that Leaf supposed to be a poor or slow skater? Quote
LastPommerFan Posted September 30, 2015 Report Posted September 30, 2015 It was Jake Gardiner, I think. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted September 30, 2015 Report Posted September 30, 2015 Anyone who is still "recovering" from the effects of the tank...just watch that Eichel goal on loop for the rest of the evening. You'll be all set. It was Jake Gardiner, I think. If it was Gardiner, he is neither slow nor a poor skater. Even more impressive. Quote
darksabre Posted September 30, 2015 Report Posted September 30, 2015 Pfaneuf got beat by old man Gionta on that play. Good quick one touch shot by Donovan and the deflect by Moulson. Quote

Probably not the fastest, but the kid is a forward skating without the puck. Quote
Kelly the Dog Posted September 30, 2015 Report Posted September 30, 2015 Terrific hustle play by Gionta. Quote
