Eleven Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 It appears that the game will not be televised. But holy it's hockey time again! Quote
wjag Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 So nice to see this thread.. Didn't think we would see it televised. Quote
Rasmus_ Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 It will be available on WGR, I am still going to check on Minnesota's side to see if it is streamed. Quote
inkman Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 So I can watch the Rangers or the caps tonight but not the Sabres. :wallbash: Quote
Andrew Amerk Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Really? This game isn't being streamed or televised anywhere??? Quote
Eleven Posted September 21, 2015 Author Report Posted September 21, 2015 Really? This game isn't being streamed or televised anywhere??? Correct. Quote
Dannepanne Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Does anyone know the lines? Quote
Doohicksie Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 (edited) Does anyone know the lines? UNOFFICIALLY (from the Training Camp thread)... they may look something like this: Kane - O'Reilly - Ennis Moulson - Eichel - Girgensons McGinn - Reinhart - Gionta Deslauriers - Legwand - Foligno Gorges - Bogosian Colaicovo - Franson Weber - Pysk Edited September 21, 2015 by Robins Egg Quote
3putt Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 10 NHL veterans (2015 first round picks count in this group.) According to website, Moulson, Girgs, Eichel, Chad Johnson playing. 6 others must suit up, I would think Weber, Franson, Bogo at a minimum. Just speculating. Quote
Eleven Posted September 21, 2015 Author Report Posted September 21, 2015 From the Sabres website, it looks like NONE of the preseason games will be on MSG. Quote
Rasmus_ Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 From the Sabres website, it looks like NONE of the preseason games will be on MSG. Sigh I don't understand that at all, completely disappointing. I didn't see anything on wild.nhl.com. But, we'll see later on. Quote
qwksndmonster Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Yikes. I'm really worried about our defense this year. Quote
z-man Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I seem to recall one of the games last year was broadcast on the other team's website (carolina?). It was just a scoreboard feed with radio overlayed maybe? Hopefully they do something like that. Quote
inkman Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Yikes. I'm really worried about our defense this year. Risto will be missedtoe in the preseason but he'll be man when it counts Sigh I don't understand that at all, completely disappointing. I didn't see anything on wild.nhl.com. But, we'll see later on. I don't get it either. This fan base is frothing at the mouth to consume this product and time and time again we are being held at bay. Quote
Mustache of God Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I subscribe to hockeystreams and looking at their future schedule I see 4 of the games are currently scheduled: Sept. 23 - Buffalo vs. Ottawa - 7 p.m. - First Niagara CenterSept. 25 - Buffalo at Toronto - 7:30 p.m. - Air Canada CentreSept. 26 - Buffalo at Ottawa - 7 p.m. - Canadian Tire CentreSept. 29 - Buffalo vs. Toronto - 7 p.m. - First Niagara Center Again, I think failure to stream the pre-season games is another embarrassment for the way the organization that claims to be "Hockey Heaven" is run. spndnchz Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Does anyone know the lines? Moulson-Eichel-Girg Deslauriers-Larsson-Foligno Carrier-Varone-Bailey Quote
Taro T Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Moulson-Eichel-Girg Deslauriers-Larsson-Foligno Carrier-Varone-Bailey So, the battle for 12th forward would appear to be Legwand vs Larsson? Quote
spndnchz Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Guhle Pysyk. Austin Weber. McCabe Franson Quote
qwksndmonster Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Risto will be missedtoe in the preseason but he'll be man when it counts Even with Risto playing like a good young #1 this season I would still be worried. No quality depth. Quote
spndnchz Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Other forwards: Ellis-Kea-Dupuy-Karabacek Quote
Taro T Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Other forwards: Ellis-Kea-Dupuy-Karabacek So Ruhwedel & Donnovan make the trip but don't dress apparently. Does Ellis sit or Dupuy? (Both listed as LW on gameday roster.) Quote

Iron Crotch Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Yikes. I'm really worried about our defense this year. Me too. We're light years better up front, but might be worse defensively. I hope Colaicovo can stay healthy. I like his game, but he is always hurt. Quote
