Marvelo Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 According to this article, a good NHL player should be built like a gorilla...long arms, big toso and short legs, with small calves...and that the ideal size for an NHL player is 6'1 with a 6'5 wingspan. Maybe Uncle Terry can genetically modify our teams for the future. http://www.habseyesontheprize.com/analysis/2015/8/19/9171871/anatomy-of-the-ideal-nhler-montreal-canadiens-carey-price-size-scouting-measurements-nhl Quote

I'm 6'2", 33" inseam, but my wingspan is roughly 80" (6'8", fingertip to fingertip). Big shoulders and chest, even when I was a skinny high-school kid at 175 lbs I still wore a 44 long jacket. Quote
