That Aud Smell Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 (edited) That's my view of it: He came off as an overpaid crony who didnt have an actual job, and probably made a nuisance of himself more than anything. But, that all struck me as essentially benign - billionaires have cronies. My take was that Brandon advised the Pegulas to do without that crony because he wasn't adding anything to the mix. My sense on why people were concerned with Battista was that be was more than a "heywatchadointhereguy?" crony; that he was somehow a malignant and meddling shadow. He was a builder of the ACHA, so he was probably hired to do some business stuff. That's a lot more benign than pretending to be an assistant coach. Quote
