spndnchz Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Great way to end dev camp for these guys. The scrimmage should be great. Camp ends Sunday. Quote
Weave Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 It would have been interesting to see what Lemieux could have done if he would have had the post-Hodgkins drive back when he was smoking a pack a day prior to the back issues. The size and strength he had over Gretzky COULD have overcome Gretzky's advantage in vision and hockey sense. To me, Lemieux is in the discussion for GoAT but he's not quite there. Bobby Freaking Orr :D Quote
dudacek Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 I can't believe you guys have hijacked the GoAT thread with parking talk. Eddie Shore. Quote
Weave Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Doug Harvey. ;) A solid #4 if ever there was one. Quote
shrader Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Doug Harvey. ;) I still think that Nik Lidstrom belongs in the defensemen conversation. Quote
dudacek Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 After Orr, Brad Park, Larry Robinson or Denis Potvin? Quote
FLYNNSanity Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Sorry if it's already been answered. Does anyone know if there is free parking in the ramp for the scrimmage tomorrow? I bought my first Niagara parking pass with the dev camp tickets. After you select your seats and what not you can select a ramp parking pass. Quote
Huckleberry Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 I can see Eichel taking A D spot on the PP next year. He has a good shot. Quote
dudacek Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 That Ted Lindsay was one mean sunnovabeach Quote
Taro T Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 After Orr, Brad Park, Larry Robinson or Denis Potvin? That in response to Shrader's post or mine? Quote
That Aud Smell Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 (edited) I was referring to your response about a HOF Draft Ahh, quite so. I actually did think it'd be a fun thing to pass some time in the offseason. Edited July 9, 2015 by That Aud Smell Quote
dudacek Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 That in response to Shrader's post or mine? Just an open question. The best defence man of the '70s is indisputable. Who is number two? Quote
Derrico Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 No. It cost me five bucks for a pass they offered when purchasing the tickets online. I bought my first Niagara parking pass with the dev camp tickets. After you select your seats and what not you can select a ramp parking pass. Thanks guys. Quote
That Aud Smell Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Just an open question. The best defence man of the '70s is indisputable. Who is number two? It pains me to say it, but is it Brad Park? Maybe Potvin. Quote
Taro T Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Just an open question. The best defence man of the '70s is indisputable. Who is number two? Though I completely agree w/ the Rags fans on their favorite chant; gotta give the devil his due. Robinson would be 3rd. I'd go Lapointe then White after those 3. Quote
dudacek Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Lapointe and White over Park? No way I can agree with that. Or did I misread you? Quote
Hoss Posted July 9, 2015 Author Report Posted July 9, 2015 (edited) Anybody know if the Sabres will be wearing their actual jerseys for prospects camp? I'm pretty sure they did a few years ago but didn't last year. Other teams often do. Also, I suspect we'll be hearing of Eichel's number very soon. Based on something I've heard. Which is why I'm wondering about them wearing the actual jerseys. Could be possible that's when we learn. But either way I suspect we'll know soon. Edited July 9, 2015 by Hoss Quote

My distain of him knocks him down a bit. Though in fairness, he 'should' be ahead of White. Would probably take Lapointe ahead of him though. Quote

Are they going to reveal his number one piece at a time like the turdburger? Quote
Jeanbe Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Can someone send me a link to the development tread? It seemed to have disappeared. Quote

Iron Crotch Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Can someone send me a link to the development tread? It seemed to have disappeared. Yeah, I was kind of hoping someone here could give first-hand accounts of the development camp. 10,000+ tickets sold for Friday's scrimage, so I'm sure some SabreSpacers will be in attendance and will report back. Quote
FLYNNSanity Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 @BNHarrington #Sabres say more than 10,000 tix now sold for scrimmage. Parking will be $5 in FNC and HarborCenter ramps, $3 in surface lots. Guys if anyone is still thinking about going, purchase your ticks NOW! 300 level is not for sale at this point. The Sabres could change that though due to demand. Quote
Doohicksie Posted July 9, 2015 Report Posted July 9, 2015 Oh no. Are they going to reveal his number one piece at a time like the turdburger? That's the way the Old Regime did business. ¡Viva la Revolución! Quote
