G-Daddy Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Indeed it is. Well done, sir. I'm old enough to have used it! Quote

G-Daddy Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 When you had hair! Well, on your head any ways... No kidding! Back to Oduya, I think he agrees to terms with Sabres tomorrow. Quote
Eleven Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) No kidding! Back to Oduya, I think he agrees to terms with Sabres tomorrow. Oh, do ya? (So well over-done, I know. I know.) Edited July 14, 2015 by Eleven Quote
woods-racer Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 RoR should have said O'Douls Yaah! Quote
Doohicksie Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 He should have paid attention to the Burma Shave signs. Quote
X. Benedict Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 For you older fans out there, and to get our minds off the ROR situation and back to Johnny Oduya, here's a tester. What product used to have the slogan, "A little dab Oduya"? Poetic license included ;) . I'm a Dapper Dan man, so give me a hair net. Quote
Weave Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 I'm a Dapper Dan man, so give me a hair net. I'm a Dapper Dan man myself. You're hours late with that one. Quote

Brawndo Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 With a contender, maybe? Probably @MikeHeika: Dallas Stars are among the teams in on UFA defenseman Johnny Oduya, who could make his decision today. Quote
Hoss Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 AndyStrickland: Johnny Oduya already turned down a 3 yr, $15 million offer form #Sabres several days ago. No doubt Buffalo in position to offer most money Quote

Kelly the Dog Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 I really don't want to go higher than that for Oduya. Probably not. But even though he turned it down it doesn't mean that he will turn it down when all is said and done. Now that he knows he's probably not going back to the Hawks he's waiting for the final offers from teams like the Stars. The 3-15 might look pretty good when those come in, or the Sabres up it just one tick. Quote
Brawndo Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 So with the Hawks out, it will come down to the best chance to win sooner or money. But with the Sabres those two might not be as mutually exclusive as first thought Quote

shrader Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Three years does sound just about right for a guy his age (and I hate that I'm now saying that about guys younger than me). Quote
That Aud Smell Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) same guy cited above also tweeted that the sabres will offer more money, and dallas a more desirable "lifestyle." i won't deny that dallas is a much bigger, busier, more bustling metropolis than buffalo. i guess it depends on what you want. . . . taxes are likely lower in texas, too. Brawndo Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Are the Hawks definitely out? Bowman nor his agent have come out and said as much, but everything is trending in that direction Quote
Brawndo Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 @ESPNChiPowers: Johnny Oduya will not be re-signing with Blackhawks, according to a source. Quote
Doohicksie Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Maybe that $15m over 3 years is looking better.... Quote
wjag Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 (edited) Maybe that $15m over 3 years is looking better.... or maybe 12m for 3 years is. Call it a penalty for delaying. If he doesn't want to be here, then I don't want him here. Edited July 14, 2015 by wjag Quote
IKnowPhysics Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 I'd pay Oduya $1M per year not to play for Boston. Quote
