Eleven Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Worked about as well as "Alamo mode" works. I.e., it didn't work with a one goal lead. Quote
The Dominator Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 I'm torn. OT would be awesome, but waking up at 4:30 for work in the AM makes it harder to swallow... Quote
Kruppstahl Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Well there it is. I see multiple OTs tonight. Quote
Eleven Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 ###### yeah! Now we have a game We HAD a game! It's not like it was 4-0. I have a feeling that if Chicago can pop one in, this baby could go to 5 overtimes Yeah, I'm just about at "I'll find out in the morning" now. I think you're dead on. I'm torn. OT would be awesome, but waking up at 4:30 for work in the AM makes it harder to swallow... 430 is rough. I'm at 630 and I think that's rough. Quote
SwampD Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Tampa has to start skating and make stuff happen. They are just floating around waiting for something to open up. WOW! Quote
The Dominator Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Didn't see that coming! What a change of events Quote
WildCard Posted June 4, 2015 Author Report Posted June 4, 2015 We HAD a game! It's not like it was 4-0. Eh it was boring, Tampa turtled. Oh , there it is, Chicago's experience comes through in spades. Quote
GoPre Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 I'm torn. OT would be awesome, but waking up at 4:30 for work in the AM makes it harder to swallow... Chicagoal!!! Getting up early for work can be tough, but this is the Stanley Cup Finals. It's worth it. Quote
GoPre Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Yep, OT is a guarantee....wait, what? That a boy Vermette! Quote
Hoss Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 When it got to the end of one and Tampa was just up 1-0 I thought "they need to keep up the intensity and widen this lead." When it was 1-0 at the end of the second and Chicago was really starting to push back I thought "the more experienced team almost always takes advantage when you don't separate." Tampa needed to score more than once early. They dominated the first half of this game. Quote
The Dominator Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Tampa seems shell shocked right now. I don't know if they have the experience to rebound from this tonight. They may need a fresh start in Game 2. Let's see how much grit they have Quote
WildCard Posted June 4, 2015 Author Report Posted June 4, 2015 So, maybe that Vermette trade was worth it? Quote
Hoss Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Terabynen (SP?) with a GREAT assist. :w00t: That's one of the worst I've seen yet. Teravainen. Quote
... Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 TB needs to get back on the game plan they were using in the first. It was effective...this is very Sabre-like. Quote
Eleven Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 (edited) Yo nbc get your stuff together Yo Randall Flagg get your stuff together. Why in the world are you watching NBC instead of CBC? Edited June 4, 2015 by Eleven Quote
Randall Flagg Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Yo Randall Flagg get your stuff together. Why in the world are you watching NBC instead or CBC?Don't get that, sir. I just get this black screen that's now on channel 2. Quote
Eleven Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 Tampa too slow to get Bishop off, IMO. Don't get that, sir. I just get this black screen that's now on channel 2. Huh? I didn't even know the game was on regular NBC. Thought it was cable NBCSports only. Depending upon your location in WNY, CBC might be in antenna range. Quote
