JJFIVEOH Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 he was taken at 115 :( My bad, I looked over it twice and missed it. BRB Quote
LGR4GM Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 No doubt, and certainly goalies haven't been as high a priority as they would be in a fantasy league. Still, it might be doable. true but with so many goalies left teams should easily be able to get someone. I think only 4 have been drafted. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 OK, here's a suggestion: how would the Superdraft participants feel about turning this into a keeper fantasy league? I do a non-keeper fantasy league and have been interested in doing a keeper league. Just a thought. I'm fine with having a keeper fantasy league...but not with this draft. I've been drafting with the spirit of Dudacek's original intent in mind, not with a long-term anything in mind, fantasy or otherwise. Quote

JJFIVEOH Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 With the 124th pick of the 2015 Superdraft, JJ selects Patric Hornqvist. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 (edited) Vatanen. Pacioretty - McDavid - Eberle Nyqvist - Bergeron - Bobby Ryan Seabrook - Ekman-Larsson Shattenkirk - Hjalmersson Vatanen Once again I know this isn't the intention of the thread but my players I've selected would wreck any other group selected :) Edited May 22, 2015 by Randall Flagg Quote

I've been drafting with the spirit of Dudacek's original intent in mind, not with a long-term anything in mind, fantasy or otherwise. I agree with this. If there's a keeper league then please count me in but I went d heavy because I thinks that's how you win in the nhl, not fantasy leagues. Quote

Edited May 22, 2015 by JJFIVEOH Quote
dudacek Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 About 122 picks after he would have gone if Deluca was in the league, Milan Lucic I'm into a keeper league and I think the team I've picked would could compete, but I agree with the others, a redraft would be needed because we're using different criteria. I think Blue and others had some good ideas about this earlier in the thread that we should revisit at later date, and with a scheduled draft day and time. By the way Flagg, Landeskog Crosby Lucic Kessel Backes Doughty Suter Trouba Quick Kick your ass even counting your two extra players :P Quote
Randall Flagg Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Hah. Did you watch the 2013 series? Bergeron shut Sid DOWN. And my depth eats the rest of your team. On wings and on D. Nice try. :) And JJ, qwk wanted a superstar in round one so I gave him pick 5 for 28 and 29. Quote

Who's going to score against Doughty and Suter? Not to mention I actually have a goalie. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Did you watch Lucic this past year? I watched him line up against Eberle specifically in January. He didn't do and the Bruins lost to Scrivens. :) I take my D over yours every time. Trouba might be someday as good as my 5th best player. Not scared of either of those guys, Chicago had no trouble with one and the other missed out. Goalie comes later. But really Id love to do an NHL sim with these two teams once they were complete. Cause otherwise all I have is this banter where I am not as confident as I try to seem. :P Quote

Randall Flagg Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 i like the banter. It's a helluvalot safer. :ph34r:True, true As far as just ranking players though, it's interesting how differently I view a lot of guys. When I passed on Hjalmersson and Nyqvist a first time I was completely convinced they wouldn't be around this latest round, though WildCard did express interest in Gustav. I was definitely helped a lot by putting a couple hours into a list during finals week, would have been lost otherwise. Quote

WildCard Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Thanks for picking for me Hoss. If Eleven goes soon I can get mine in tonight, and then I leave for a trip and won't be back until Monday. I'll PM Hoss some more of my picks tonight Quote

Hoss Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Are we doing 2 or 4 d-men? 0 or 100. I don't think we're building teams, per Dudacek's rules. Quote

Huberdeau -Tavares - Forsberg - Pavelski - Kucherov Yandle - Bogosian Faulk Rinne It would be a fun game to watch though. Quote
