Arwen?

No, she is far more powerful. She is our Queen! Not dark but beautiful and terrible as the Morn! Treacherous as the Seas! Stronger than the foundations of the Earth! All shall love her and despair!

I feel like I want that avatar of Gandalf in the forest revealing himself as the White Wizard but with Eichel's face.

Also this...

Yes, and that's not really a baby, it's a very small stripper.

Oooohhh that's scary good. :w00t:

Damn Jack, first you can see he's a rookie.  He got that all over the place.  2nd, he should've really cleaned himself up a bit before visiting the children.

Do you think when Eichel gets to play in the play-offs, he'll go for the full afro instead of the beard?

I love that bit in the movies, when the three address him as Gandalf after his return. Like he's just being reminded that that's his name.

"Gandalf?.....Yes....that is what they used to call me.....Gandalf the Grey. I am Gandalf the White! And I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide."

The third is the best!

Yes, both book and movie.

We really should just have an OT thread for casting the Sabres organization, past and present, as LOTR characters.

These last couple pages have been amazing.

Sam Reinhart will be...Sam. And I guess that leaves Gionta as our Mr. Frodo.

Sabres twitter says Jack and Bylsma talked, Jack will be switching from #41 to #15 for tomorrow's game.

Gee whiz. Ain't that something.

Finally we can retire our Eichel #41 preseason jerseys, and sell them on EBay.

Except for clearing the crease and being a great teammate and playing as a 6th D-man.

Maybe he's a great teammate, but I do remember him whining about the tank crowd last year. He does play as a 6th d man, but not well or anything :)

And Iv seen him clear a crease a few times in his career, I'll give you that much
