respk Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 I'm fine with the Sabres hiring Bylsma. Quite honestly I don't know much about him. The whole compensation issue is a joke. A team fires a guy and then requests compensation from a team that wants to hire him? Seems kind of silly, especially when they let Shero go to NJ without compensation. I'd seriously consider not giving them anything and find someone else. Let the Pens eat his salary for another couple of years.

Detroit at least still wanted to keep Babcock.
