Samson's Flow Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 Broken rib. that's certainly better than a heart attack. Quote
That Aud Smell Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 Broken rib. It must've presented in a weird (and super painful) way. I wonder if he was concerned he had some internal organ (heart) stuff going on. that's certainly better than a heart attack. which is what i think he thought he had, given how it went down. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 Damn, no love for Otter. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nhl-puck-daddy/steve-ott-is-a-rodeo-clown--report-162715733.html Quote

We must remember that transparency about injuries during playoffs is almost non existent but who knows ? I suppose it could be a rib. Quote
Kruppstahl Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Who is watching DE-TROY-IT and TB? Good game. Quote
LGR4GM Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I wonder if Detroit will be able to withstand Tampa's offense for the duration of the series. Quote
darksabre Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Who is watching DE-TROY-IT and TB? Good game. Detroit has looked better than they did last game. Tampa Bay has been too conservative with their shooting. They've made a few too many passes on occasion. I think Mrazek and the goalposts are in their heads. Quote
Claude Balls Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 All I know is I can't for for the Sabres to make the playoffs again. The way Buffalo is being built, they will not be fun to play against. First time someone farts near their goalie, they are gonna know it was a bad move. Quote
inkman Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Who is watching DE-TROY-IT and TB? Good game. Oof. That Uber Canadian pronunciation kills me everytime. Quote
LGR4GM Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Tampa is young. They really should look to add a good 2way defender this offseason. Quote
Doohicksie Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Holy , the anthem in Chicago is probably one of the most psyched up I've ever seen. The singer would really belt it out and the crowd cheered and sang as loud as they could. Talk about playoff atmosphere. Detroit has looked better than they did last game. Tampa Bay has been too conservative with their shooting. They've made a few too many passes on occasion. I think Mrazek and the goalposts are in their heads. Actually I thought TB outplayed Detroit badly for long stretches. The difference was that Detroit capitalized on their chances. Good game for Detroit. Quote

Claude Balls Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I could watch Jim Cornelison sing the anthem every night. The decibels in the United Center during it sound deafening. Quote

It's not the Madhouse on Madison for nothing. Quote
Claude Balls Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I also love when Detroit is about to win a game they crank Journey's Don't Stop Believin. The whole crowd sings "Born and raised in South Detroit". The Sabres need a go to song. Jim Cornelison really brings it Except when he's singing the Canadian anthem. Quote

I hate it when other teams use the exact same song at the end of a victory. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 Even though my picks thus far have not been very good, the only thing I find truly surprising right now is the series lead Detroit has. Coming into the playoffs, this was the one series where I thought there would be a clear-cut winner. Quote
