OK, the obvious jokes aside, hydration and time.  That's all that's really going to help you.  Some lozenges, like Hall's, might help the pain and/or kill the cough reflex.  And a decent OTC pain killer, like Aleve, might help too.  But to heal it, just hydration and time.

I jest, I jest. I've actually only ever had a couple shots o that stuff. Never bought it.

 

For the sore throat I prefer hot lemon tea with honey. Sometimes a neo citron to have a good nites sleep and like Eleven said hydration. Alcohol is prolly the worst thing you can do.lol

There is this tea called organic throat coat tea, it's delicious and worked well on my bad laryngitis in the past, most local chains carry it around here, id take a peek for that and see if it's available, hands down best remedy

Yeah that Jacks some good shite. My mom used to drink it.

 

I keep a bottle around for cold season in the winter. Got a little throat tickle? A little Jack will fix ya right up.
