LGR4GM Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 I think Vancouver will shutout the Phoenix Coyotes Quote
Claude Balls Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Columbus wrecked the Leafs last night 5-0, so we got that going for us, which is nice. The Blue Jackets are 9-0-1 in their last ten, only losing a point to the President's Trophy Winner Rangers. Since the trade deadline, they are 14-2-1. They have won their last five straight at home. This is what scares me more than anything, the BJ's hot streak. The Sabres will be the team to cool them off, I can feel it already. Hehe, I said BJ's. Quote
nobody Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 (edited) I think Vancouver will shutout the Phoenix Coyotes Ryan Miller is well rested. Looks like he will be the backup. Edited April 9, 2015 by nobody Quote
nobody Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Arizona Coyotes @ArizonaCoyotes 18m18 minutes ago UPDATE: Captain Shane Doan will not play tonight at @VanCanucks because of lower-body injury. He is day-to-day. Quote
CallawaySabres Posted April 9, 2015 Author Report Posted April 9, 2015 Arizona Coyotes @ArizonaCoyotes 18m18 minutes ago UPDATE: Captain Shane Doan will not play tonight at @VanCanucks because of lower-body injury. He is day-to-day. I thought this would happen after he left the last game. Everything is shaping up quite nicely for Zona isn't it. I will have serious anger issues with this Sabres team if they botch this two year shiitstorm.....and they will, you juuuust know it. Quote
Crusader1969 Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Please God let this be the last Arizona game I have to endure this season. I can't imagine being home on Saturday - having to watch the Ducks game and cheering for the Yotes. Actually if the results go 0-3 against the Sabres over the next few days - I'll just go ahead and order my Hanifin jersey prior to the last Arizona game. Quote

dudacek Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 (edited) More good news is, living out in Canuck-land, the Canucks have lost pretty much every important game I've ever wanted them to lose in the past 40 years. Edited April 9, 2015 by dudacek Quote
ubkev Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 This is good news for us, Doan blows. This is correct. Quote
CallawaySabres Posted April 9, 2015 Author Report Posted April 9, 2015 Is the free NHL Pass still going on? If so, what channel would this game be on? Quote
Hoss Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 This is good news for us, Doan blows. Remember when everybody was staring at their screens waiting to find out where he was signing? Dodged a bullet there. Quote
IKnowPhysics Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 (edited) Doan isn't what he used to be, but I have a hard time believing that a replacement player is better. Edited April 9, 2015 by IKnowPhysics Quote
... Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Arizona played a good game last game, so, unless something has changed over the past few days, I would expect an honest effort from them tonight. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Doan isn't what he used to be, but I have a hard time believing that a replacement player is better. I dunno. Having watched too much Arizona lately, he looks finished. I thought this would happen after he left the last game. Everything is shaping up quite nicely for Zona isn't it. I will have serious anger issues with this Sabres team if they botch this two year shiitstorm.....and they will, you juuuust know it. Nope. We're closing this out Friday. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Remember when everybody was staring at their screens waiting to find out where he was signing? Dodged a bullet there.I was one of them, and I'm glad we missed out, yup. Quote
MBHockey13 Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 (edited) Is there something to be said that Jack Eichel and BU in the Frozen Four are on about the same time as this game? Edited April 10, 2015 by MBHockey13 Quote
Hoss Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 Let's hope Arizona can't continue to lean on our sideways tank for hope after tonight... Quote
bunomatic Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 Arizona ain't winnin this game. Mind you Vancouver lost to a worse team in Buffalo not so long ago. Quote
Brawndo Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 Arizona ain't winnin this game. Mind you Vancouver lost to a worse team in Buffalo not so long ago. They won't be making that mistake twice Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 Let's go desert dogs.... (in carrion speak of course) to reverse the juju of the GDT of a different team started on a SS board. I also recall many heated debates about Doan, a true leader and etc... has he really been that bad.... Quote
TheFunPolice Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 What does Vancouver have to play for? Take it easy and get ready for the playoffs, boys. No reason to risk injury in this one! Quote
Hoss Posted April 10, 2015 Report Posted April 10, 2015 What does Vancouver have to play for? Seeding/home ice. It's important for a lot of teams. Quote
