Ogre Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Nice poke check by Hackett. He's not the biggest guy, that's for sure. I was skeptical when he finally got a start in Rochester. Maybe because Lieuwen was so terrible that I couldn't trust anyone but Markov. Hackett was quickly putting up better numbers than Markov....and proving me wrong. Quote
biodork Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 He's up, but leaking pretty good (double minor on Nashville) I was skeptical when he finally got a start in Rochester. Maybe because Lieuwen was so terrible that I couldn't trust anyone but Markov. Hackett was quickly putting up better numbers than Markov....and proving me wrong. He's looked really good so far tonight. Ahhh, what a whiff by Hodgson! Quote
Johnny DangerFace Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 I don't know, his positioning still just seems way off. Quote
Claude Balls Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 CoHo with a wide open whiff, which he promptly followed up by a second whiff. Quote
Tondas Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Risto is starting to look good every game now. A ton more poise than in the past. Quote
rumblefish Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) not the best 1st period, but at the same time not the worst either, allowing 17 shots on goal not a positive Edited March 22, 2015 by rumblefish Quote

Assquatch Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Cody Hodgson has forgotten how to hockey. Quote
Tondas Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Grigo invisible as usual. I don't see him in the future plans. The puck is rarely on his stick. I know he's young, but we should see something positive. Quote

Hopefully just a cut that needed to get patched up. Quote

JJFIVEOH Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Murray is going to have to talk to Nolan, they're not on the same page. How can he keep starting a goaltender that gives this team a chance to win? Quote

rumblefish Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) Hackett is only making his second start I believe, don't know how much of a advantage that is, have to wait and see, that other start was against Nashville, and he got hammered, and pulled I believe Edited March 22, 2015 by rumblefish Quote
Claude Balls Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 I don't know wtf they are feeding these goalies for Buffalo. Hackett looking solid already with 22 saves 27 mins into the game. Quote

OUCH -- saw the hit, but didn't hear the broadcast team say anything about lost teeth! No wonder he went down so hard on the ice (and stayed there). Quote
rumblefish Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 I wonder how much a rubber band can be stretched before it breaks, Hackett is being stretched as much as a band can be Quote
