Nolan would still have him in the bottom six if Flynn or Mitchell were still on the team

Or the 1st or 2nd line where he was the first 30 games of the season where he remained invisible.

I can't wait for Varone to score so we can bitch that Nolan didn't make him a 1st liner all year. Because we all know a 2 game stretch is indicative of a players' talent.

I have the SN feed at the bar (no SOUND) and all the between action graphics are about #1picks, 1st round draft picks and prospects. I would love to hear what they are talking about. If they post the standings in chl format i will start a petiton for SS statehood.

Are you just making up stuff now? Larson was in the top 6 this season....for 30 games?

You never were one for stats

He was referring to Hodgson but the subject was cloudy

I quoted the wrong person, but don't let that stop you.

Its not that Nolan would be in charge of call-up's.  Its that he'd bury him like he has with Hodgson, on the fourth line instead of other skill players, rather than putting Mitchell/Flynn in the top 6.

Larsson is showing he belongs in the NHL. Kid has made some very nice plays on the offensive end.

Which is why we need a coach who understands the subtleties of the game. Johan is good, just not jump off the score sheet or flashy type stuff player. Just a solid 200 ft player. Like Reino (who's obviously better) and hopefully Grigorenko. Not every player skated 100 MPH into the corner smashes someone steals the puck and scores. Some guys let the game come to them by playing in space and using open areas of the ice to their advantage. Bozo the Nolan wouldn't recognize this if Hasek's wife explained it to him.
