darksabre Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Since when does Nolan change goalies? Matt Hackett is never getting out of the doghouse now. Quote
rumblefish Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 wheel coming off the wagon again, running around like a Chinese fire drill in our zones is no help, Razor just said defense is not helping goal tenders at all, I agree 100% Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Since when does Nolan change goalies? Nolan sticking it to Murray. Murray wants Hackett to get starts, Nolan I'm sure thought Lindback should have started. Quote
Nitro60 Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Second period the team has fallen asleep. Â Nice save on the penalty shot. Â Quote
Hoss Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Ovechkin isn't much of a thinker which is why he's not good on the penalty shot. Quote
Nitro60 Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Doesn't aggravate me in the least. Coming into this season GMTM and Ted Nolan talked openly about the team learning to play the game the right way regardless of the loosing. Thats why I don't get my nickers in a knot when I see how Ted Nolan slots softies like Cody Hodgson onto the fourth line. Earn your icetime. Nothing will be handed to you. That was the way of Regiers teams. Not Murrays. This team is not as talented as the one from 2 years ago but the play with more heart, grit and determination.  That is why Nolan is a success in my eyes.  You know that some in the tank crowd wanted a pathetic product on the ice.  While it would garner the top pick, it would take years to overcome that attitude.  Next year The Sabres will be an improved team. rumblefish Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 maybe he tanked the shot, cause he knew it was a bogus call Quote
bbb Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Nolan sticking it to Murray. bob_sauve28 Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Ok, that was a funny fight. Nice going Weber! Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 So is Gleason going to get one of those cute little $2,000 fines for embellishment? Nice little delayed reaction. Quote

rumblefish Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 just as I feared, Sabres are running on fumes Quote
Tondas Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 What do you think about Nic Deslauriers going back to defense full time next year? I think he could be a good 5-6 defenseman. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted March 8, 2015 Report Posted March 8, 2015 Was Hodgson scratched tonight? 9th time this year the Sabres have given up 6+ goals. 20th time this year they've given up 5+ goals. Quote
