Kelly the Dog Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 And Rangers break 3-3 tie with just over 2 minutes left in regulation against Arizona. I just turned it on and they scored in two seconds. But Coyotes have pp last minute Quote
Claude Balls Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 And Rangers break 3-3 tie with just over 2 minutes left in regulation against Arizona. And Arizona is on record as saying they are gonna trade pretty much everyone at the deadline, as they are looking to the future. In other words....we wanna finish last. Murray better make this team worse as well. Quote
Chris in Syracuse Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 I am going to enjoy victory and root for them to win every game. If they win the lottery great but integrity first. Quote
Kelly the Dog Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 And Coyotes lose, with a lot of chances to score. Quote
Robviously Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Something something advanced statistics though...... Quote
Hoss Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 I am going to enjoy victory and root for them to win every game. If they win the lottery great but integrity first. This argument is back? Go back to Syracuse. :p Quote
Weave Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Wow, so we're really gonna screw this up, huh? As if you ever doubted it. Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 I really enjoyed this game. Now cut it out, guys. Quote
I am Defecting Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Great game. Plenty of bulletin board material in this thread to motivate Sabres players for next game. Let us take this show on the road. Charge! Quote
NucksFan82 Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Sorry my Nucks put a setback on the "Tank" plan.....it was bound to happen though. We beat the good teams and lose to the teams, its kind of our thing...lost to Buffalo and New Jersey on this road trip, while beating the Rangers, Islanders and Bruins lol. Quote
Hoss Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 This was the most angered I've felt watching a game since the Miller game against Boston. Holy depression batman. Quote
Robviously Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 As if you ever doubted it. I sometimes wonder if the 2002 Anaheim Angels hadn't won the World Series, if my horrible sports teams wouldn't have driven me to suicide by now. Between growing up a Buffalo sports fan (with the California/Anaheim/LA Angels mixed in) and being raised by religious fanatics who forbade the viewing of any organized sports, I'm thinking the latter would have made me a more well-adjusted adult. darksabre Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 This was the most angered I've felt watching a game since the Miller game against Boston. Holy depression batman. That's what you get for cheering for losing. Quote
Chris in Syracuse Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 This argument is back? Go back to Syracuse. :pActually I left Syracuse years ago. Living in SF now. I was just being a little defensive enjoying a win. Quote
SwampD Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 This was the most angered I've felt watching a game since the Miller game against Boston. Holy depression batman. I just don't think you have to worry just yet. There is still a lot of hockey left in the season and I really believe that this recent push is driven by the trade deadline. I think we'll see this team return to form after Monday. Quote
carpandean Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 So, it wasn't bad enough for them to hurt their points advantage and their ROW advantage, but Gionta had to toss in an EN with 2 seconds left to help cut into that goal differential lead, too. Quote
Claude Balls Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 (edited) This was the most angered I've felt watching a game since the Miller game against Boston. Holy depression batman. Hate to agree with you, but I felt the same. This is the first time in my life I have been pissed watching my team win. I don't know how many more years of futility I can handle. If they do somehow land McDavid or Eichel and still suck....at least watching them lose will be entertaining. Edited February 27, 2015 by Claude Balls Quote
carpandean Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 That's what you get for cheering for losing. Makes up for all those years of being angry when they lost games against bad teams with the playoffs on the line while we were cheering for winning. :P Quote
Ottosmagic13 Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 What's with all the doom and gloom? We still have the trade deadline to exponentiaite the suck. Getting rid of neuvirth alone would send us crashing again. I for one am enjoying these past few games of this craptastic season and believe we'll finish last and take the second pick (because let's face it we could have an 80% chance and still lose the lottery). This is giving me hope for next year though we have some depth in the system, even if they aren't quite 100% ready. Quote
darksabre Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Makes up for all those years of being angry when they lost games against bad teams with the playoffs on the line while we were cheering for winning. :P I blame Vanek. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 Relax tankers, it's less than a week before the trade deadline. Do you think it's a coincidence the pending UFA's had 5 points tonight? Quote
Kelly the Dog Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 We have to trade Neuvirth for the tank and I imagine his stock is rising fast. Stewart has been playing well, too. He's surely gone. Quote
sicknfla Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 If Neuvirth is still here next week AND playing every freaking game then I will be pissed. At some point Murray has to tell Nolan tough if you want to win. Quote

Down boy. I'm an Angels fan myself and count my steroid-coated blessings for 2002. btw I like how the pitching staff seems to be shaping up now but don't like losing Kendrick. Quote
