Claude Balls Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Well, she's not Beyoncé, but I'm not complaining. I don't know who I have a bigger crush on, Zach, or his fiancé. Quote
3putt Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 When you have Mitchell, Flynn, and Ellis centering lines 2-4, no way you're going to generate much 5-on-5 offense.Yeah that's...uh...unfortunate. Quote
Stoner Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 it was Bianca I believe I love her music too. Quote
inkman Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Wait a minute? Did Engblom just say Bogosian's fiancée is Beyoncé? My new favorite Sabre if true. Not Beyoncé Quote

GrassValleyGreg Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 One of best offensive possessions I've seen from Risto. Quote

Iron Crotch Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 And, of course, we don't even get a shot off at the end. Quote
dudacek Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Good physical effort. We just aren't talented enough to score. Quote
TheMatrix31 Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Dammit. I hate losing to these . Quote
Iron Crotch Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Bogo played 24+ minutes and had 11 hits. 11. That's about 1/4 of Tyler Myers' season total... seriously... Quote
3putt Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Our four best players were Bogosian, Ennis, Z and Risto. Need more from up front. Honorable mention to Gionta, Stewart, Foligno and Larson. Quote

To state the obvious, they just need scoring. Next season Reinhart and Kane will be there, probably McEichel. You have to figure they're going to add another forward somehow between now and September. So, one D man slot and four forwards. It could be good. Quote
Doohicksie Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 The oreo line I had to listen to the first two periods on the radio, and the name I heard more than anyone was Bogosian. Has he really been that good? If what I've been hearing is true, I don't think I'll miss Myers anytime soon. One game into the Bogosian Era, I'll say this - we always liked Angry Myers; the problem was that he wasn't angry often enough; in fact he's too tentative. Bogo doesn't have that problem. He's not angry, he just plays that way. Quote

Tyler who??? Quote

He's not angry, he just plays that way. The one time Jeremy Roenick said something we can agree with. In discussing the trade, he said Bogo was a "big defensemen who also plays big...Myers wasn't always that guy." This dovetails what Murray said about him being hard to play against. It's all stuff we already knew about Bogo, but it was nice to see it exemplified tonight. GO SABRES!!! Quote
