K-9 Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Well done musichunch. I will add that the major reason we had matchup problems on defense is because Brady and the Pats**** are the best I have ever seen at preventing teams from inserting sub packages. It's virtually impossible when they get the personnel matchups they like and go to their fast-paced no huddle offense. They have versatile players that can be set in multiple formations and they force you to cover with players you wouldn't normally prefer. GO BILLS!!! Quote
calti Posted September 26, 2015 Report Posted September 26, 2015 excellent work musichunch. Only disagreement is on the Brady being ';terrified' of getting hit and that he knows he's old and cant take a hit etc. Brady calmly sidesteps ferocious rushes all the time ala dan marino and stays cool as a cucumber. Nothing 'terrified' about that . That said yes the only way to beat Brady is to rush him. Quote

In rewatching the game, every time Kyle Williams or Dareus got in Brady's face, he hurried his throw and typically threw incomplete. He did not just sidestep and stay cool. There were 3 instances where he overthrew or under threw a simple screen pass because Kyle Williams or Dareus were closing in quickly. Quote
wjag Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Bleacher report said yesterday that 15% of NFLers have been hurt this season already. That injury rate is up alarmingly from last year when the NFL recorded 1300 injuries for the season. At this clip, they will surpass 1300 by mid season. Quote

TrueBlueGED Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Modern chemistry has surpassed what the human body can withstand. Certainly feels that way. I feel great about today's game. And I mean great. Wouldn't be surprised if we win by double digits. Quote
WildCard Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Certainly feels that way. I feel great about today's game. And I mean great. Wouldn't be surprised if we win by double digits. It feels like the perfect bounce back game for us. Injuries, match ups, internal issues for the Dolphins...everything seems right today Quote

Injuries, match ups, internal issues for the Dolphins...everything seems right today And this is where being a buffalo fan for a long time comes in..... It all seems too good to be true.... Hence I am not sold. It's a road game in the heat and Miami will want this win badly too. Call me cynical, but I think it'll be closer than expected. But Go Bills!!!! Quote
WildCard Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Embrace it Wyldnwoody, embrace it! @RyanTalbotBills: Jason Fox, Branden Albert's backup, has 0 career starts at LT and his worst game last year came vs. Rex Ryan's Jets DEF in Week 17. #Bills Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 I'm embracing!!!! That's great news, now let's see our 8 billion dollar D do some damage!!! Quote
Neo Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Afternoon temps ... 84 degrees with 78% humidity ... "real feel" of 92 to 94 degrees ... Not Buffalo, but not the worst it's been for a visitor in South Florida. Quote
wjag Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Just heard on the Raven's broadcast that last weekend was the most penalties, by a 'wide margin' ever in an NFL weekend across the league. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 17-0 Eagles over the Jets right now (5 minutes left in the first half). Brandon Marshall just made one of the dumbest plays I've ever seen. You'll see it on SportsCenter, I'm sure. Quote
Randall Flagg Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Just heard on the Raven's broadcast that last weekend was the most penalties, by a 'wide margin' ever in an NFL weekend across the league. I think I read on TBD that there were 22 flags per game last week. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 I'm not saying it's Chuck Pagano's fault that Luck keeps heaving balls off his back foot to the other team...but the Colts are firing everyone tomorrow, right? Quote
Johnny DangerFace Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 dalton is the worst. He just sucks Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 dalton is the worst. He just sucks No argument here. He does, however, know how to get the ball in the vicinity of AJ Green, and that's enough a lot of the time. Quote

Taro T Posted September 27, 2015 Author Report Posted September 27, 2015 (edited) Iggles trying to blow it against Jests, but Jests out-Jest themselves. They hold the Iggles on 3rd and 16 so they'll get the ball back w/ about 40 seconds left, right? Wrong. Illegal hands to the face, automatic 1st down. Game over. qwksndmonster Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Sam Bradford is terrible. What was Chip Kelly thinking? Great play design by Roman on that rollout to Clay. Good execution by the line and Tyrod. Quote
