@MiamiDolphins

We have signed running back Jonas Gray off of our practice squad.

Kam Chancellor ends his hold out and Manziel goes back to being a back-up

The circumstances couldn't have worked out much better for him.  Once they inevitably bounce back, he can claim that he was a huge part of it.

Definitely. The dude is gonna get paid, but I think it's absurd how contracts work like that in the NFL

How does a law firm get that lead?

"Hey, you don't know this but the government is about to buy your house whether you like it or not, but don't worry, we'll be your lawyers!".

Who is that law firm smoking cigars and drinking scotch with? How are they chosen to inform the owners and not anybody else? Anybody else feel queasy about that?

keep in mind, the Seahawks will more than likely fine him for his absences.

On top of the lost wages.  Still, if he wants to cash out on the next contract, the 0-2 start will wind up being some nice leverage.

The first line of the letter refers to an "enclosed notice."  I'm guessing that notice describes a geographic area.  But just guessing.

See ya, Duke.

Probably survives to the weekend, but if Meeks isn't hot death this week, would be encouraging DW to get his notice in to the landlord that he'd like to break his lease.

Do they have to open a space when IK is done with his suspension or can they immediately cut him so that he can go to the practice squad?

1st part - when IK is reinstated a body will need to be cut.

2nd part - not sure if Duke still has PS eligibility (at least w/out having 1 of the guys that kept the Bills from adding Simms to the PS).

I meant IK back to the practice squad where they originally had him. As for Duke, I think that if they feel the need to cut him, they won't want him around at all.

Sounds scary.

Bills going back to the blue jerseys this week. Has anyone else noticed this trend in the NFL this year? It's not just the Bills, almost every team besides the Steelers and Raiders have been wearing home whites. Something to do with NFL 50?

I don't know, but I hate it.

Not sure why home teams are electing to wear their whites at home more, but it may have something to do with temperature this time of year. If it were December, I bet Miami would elect to wear their aqua-marine jerseys instead of their whites. I look for the Bills to elect to wear their blues later in the fall as well.

GO BILLS!!!

Also, is anyone else worried that Rex is refusing to play to our team's strength of a solid front 4? We don't seem to be pressuring nearly as much, or getting the sacks. I get he wants to swarm and confuse the QB, but sometimes you gotta work with what you have, and what's been proven to work

Honestly, I'm less worried about the offense than I am the defense
