Harborcenter does not have anywhere close to the required capacity for an OHL team. I'm guessing at least 4-5k.

Probably, and overpay. Does he keep them in Erie to widen his sphere of influence? Pennsylvania might be tapped out. Tough call. I'd move them to Jamestown, if I were looking leverage the public's good will towards hockey into momentum for high volume horizontal well drilling.

Are there actually any CHL teams that share an ownership with an NHL team? I am having no luck finding a comprehensive list of owners. It feels like it would be a conflict of interest. Just imagine if a Montreal owned Halifax club last year had decided to run Drouin into the ground, leaving him a shell of a prospect for Tampa Bay this year.

Yes based on the fact that Ted Black said a few months ago the Pegulas where not interested in an OHL Team. And they Jeremy White said to Black on his show one morning, "I have been hearing rumors about...and Black said they cannot discuss this on air at this time.
