Randall Flagg Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 This team is so, so, so, bad. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Whatever Trottier draws up doesn't matter. We won't win the draw. Quote
I am Defecting Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 16 seconds. Stafford with the draw. Quote
pastajoe Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Teams like Florida and Columbus are hard working teams like Buffalo was supposed to be. Quote
Hoss Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Got a little nervous there at the end. :P Quote
Nitro60 Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 (edited) Still can not score. The lament of the Sabres. Beaten by the worst scoring team in the NHL. Edited October 18, 2014 by Nitro60 Quote
pastajoe Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 16 seconds. Stafford with the draw. Sad that they don't have one center they can count on to win face offs. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 I really miss the energy that Ott and Kaleta brought. At least they made it interesting. I would have signed Ott over Cody. Quote
SwampD Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Got a little nervous there at the end. :P If the goal was to be entertained but still lose, there are failing miserably. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 I would have signed Ott over Cody. I was thinking Ott instead of Gionta would have been the right move. We can't score either way, so at least have a guy like Ott who raises hell on the ice and generally riles up his team. But, I have a feeling Ott was happy to stay with a winning team. Quote
Claude Balls Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 FUGLY!!! And tomorrow we get the pissed off Bruins coming in off a loss to the Canadiens. What's that sound I hear.....it's the freight train heading into Buffalo. And after Lucic's meltdown at the end of the game last night, he'll be out for blood. I think the Sabres are really gonna miss John Scott tomorrow night. Quote
Brawndo Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 And the Bruins are coming in tomorrow night coming off a tough loss. It will be ugly Quote
Jsixspd Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 What a TERRIBLE effort by the Sabres tonight. Terrible!!! Quote
LastPommerFan Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 So unbelievably amazing. Tim Murray is a ###### genius. From Benoit and Meszaros to Keeping coach who puts the hard working fourth liners in at crunch time. This guy built the perfect team for next year and beyond. Quote
WanderingEye Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 I loved the Florida center protesting about getting tossed from the circle and then the winger comes in and beats Stafford on the draw anyway. Quote

Hoss Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 If the goal was to be entertained but still lose, there are failing miserably. Like somebody said in another thread: if you are pulling for the tank you can't be picky about how they lose. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Sad that they don't have one center they can count on to win face offs. God I thought we would be better this year but after these games they are worse. Carolina when all their key players are back from injury are a ton better than Buffalo. After these 5 games barring any teams trading key pieces I just don't see how Buffalo doesn't finish last again. This team is getting badly outshot in most of these games and they look aweful. I know Edmonton isn't much better but I think they move Yakupov for some help and I'm thinking it's going to happen soon. And the Bruins are coming in tomorrow night coming off a tough loss. It will be ugly As much as I hate all the teams from Boston this Sabres team is pretty darn bad and I think they are worse than last year. Their was a reason why Montreal cut ties with Gionta. I know we picked him up for leadership and to get to the cap bottom but he seems washed up to me. Quote
Tondas Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 It could get really ugly tomorrow. Where is the pride? Quote
That Aud Smell Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Foligno should never be on a PP though. Speak for yourself, sailor. /fingersnap Quote

I'm pulling for the tank but Murray might have to start unloading players for 2016 1st rounders giving fans something to cheer about because it surely ain't coming from this non goal scoring team.
