I hate that ###### when I guy has to answer for a clean hit with his fists.

agree....good hits are (were) a great part of the game but players think they've been shown up or embarrassed so have to fight now.

Both Neuvirth and Anderson look shaky this game

Neuvirth giving up poor rebounds and that post hit moments ago; Anderson with the flubbed pass and sluggish play in general

EDIT: the announcers keep praising him/the team for seeing shots but if he's got such a clear look he should be absorbing or deflecting to corners not putting 10-15 foot rebounds back into the slot

So I read a report out of Edmonton saying that Draisaitl's skating is horrendous. Sam's look a bit above average. Also I like Sam's decision making thus far.

Me, too. He's sound positionally and is crafty with the puck. Just a matter of time.

Weber looks a lot better paired with Risto instead of McBain (who is out of the league, no?).

I think we are seeing Beano do his best impersonation. (of McBain that is).

I honestly can see his brain speeding up from Pre-Season to now.

It was natural for him to be a little awestruck to start the year. He seemed to gain confidence as the Chicago game progressed. I agree with you; seems the game is slowing down a little for him. And that is a good sign. Perhaps the best sign.

GO SABRES!!!
