kas23 Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Great night in the CHL!!! Carolina with the OT Loss Would never have believed it, but the Toilet Bowls may be playing their way out of the league.
Brawndo Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Carolina/Columbus go to OT, Reinhart scores in juniors, McDavid with 3 assists, and Eichel playing well for BU vs BC tonight. A great night. Cheers.. Make that two for Reinhart.
Taro T Posted November 8, 2014 Author Report Posted November 8, 2014 Sabres stretch their league lead to 5 points being 1st to 10 2 pointers. They still hold their own destiny.
TrueBlueGED Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Great work boys in vanquishing a big CHL rival. I'm proud. Arguably the most clutch win in franchise history.
pi2000 Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Arguably the most clutch win in franchise history. Mezaros running away with Rocket Rishart as CHL LVP up to this point in the season.
3putt Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Mezaros running away with Rocket Rishart as CHL LVP up to this point in the season. Mezzaros having an historic Shart campaign. May never see another like it

Taro T Posted November 8, 2014 Author Report Posted November 8, 2014 Leino was worse. (Better?) Not too sure about that. Though he rarely did anything to help the Sabres win, he also seldom was the opponent's best player. Mezsaros has to be on a lot of guys Christmas card list.

3putt Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Have you been watching? Mezzaros is almost a lock for facilitating an opponents goal every night. he is brutal
Hoss Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Have you been watching? Mezzaros is almost a lock for facilitating an opponents goal every night. he is brutal Mhm. But Leino did similarly terrible things. Turned it over in open ice on multiple occasions. He wasn't in a position where his defensive mistakes are as apparent, but his mistakes all over the ice were just as bad if not worse.

Leino was a waste but Mezaros as a defenseman is often the oppositions best forward. He's on pace to finish -70.

Vicarious Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 (edited) What a awesome victory tonight, loved seeing the 52 shots on net from them. I know it's early but I think they really established themselves tonight as the team to beat in the CHL. Edited November 8, 2014 by Vicarious
calti Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 Leino---going goalless as a full- time forward in the NHL should be in the carrion hall of fame
CallawaySabres Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 The stretch from March 26 (vs Arizona) and ending on April 10 (vs Columbus) will be the most exciting stretch of Sabres hockey in years.

Taro T Posted November 8, 2014 Author Report Posted November 8, 2014 (edited) Thanks Tank. A very good night for the Sabres. The only way it could have been better would've been the BJ's getting the OT goal. A very big night in the CHL. Everyone but the Eulers who are licking their wounds from last night are in action and there are 2 potential 1 pt games. Lames visit the Swamp Cats and Garth's Goobers visit the Desert Dogs. Time for the GG's to get back on track. Sabres can create some space tonight w/ the Pigeons coming to town. Edited November 8, 2014 by Taro T

kas23 Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 (edited) My guess is he has his own custom desktop app That, and a self-updating app of McEichel's current stats. I still think we should've kept Darcy around, in some meddling capacity, before completely jettisoning him at the end (beginning?) of the season. Edited November 8, 2014 by kas23
