LastPommerFan Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Zemgus is more than just a grit and defense centerman. Quote

WildCard Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 The game/stage doesn't seem at all too fast/big for Risto. Very calm and smart, and he's throwing the body around tonight Quote
biodork Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Wooo, missed a little bit while working but sweet goal by Girgensons! Quote

darksabre Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 (edited) Crowd noise sounds good tonight. I haven't heard Moulson's name much. Edited October 10, 2014 by d4rksabre Quote
WildCard Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Haha I think he's looked good, feel like Weber has let him down sometimes. Quote
biodork Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Getting chippy there. Love the grit with the 28-80-82 line. Quote
inkman Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 ...and future captain! The legend of gus grows Quote
Stoner Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Public address annoucement of Girgenson's goal comes at the ensuing faceoff. Unheard of in Buffalo. And it's great. It keeps the crowd going after the goal for a few more seconds. And it demonstrates competence. That, and the new PA guy — it warms my cockles. I also think Dunleavy sounds better. The goal call was great. It's got to be tough to not "get the reps" as the primary play by play guy. He's been put in a very tough spot in Buffalo. Hey, I'm willing to give him a second listen. Quote
Tondas Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Typical Ted Nolan game (and team) thus far. Working for everything, looking overmatched, relying on great goaltending, entertaining. It's refreshing. Quote
