qwksndmonster Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 I was kinda hoping Myers would've shown enough to have gotten a letter. Or, if not Myers, then Ennis or one of the other holdovers. Giving all 3 of the letters to FNGs kinda makes a statement about the lack of letter-wearing-worthiness in the preexisting roster. Me too. Oh well, plenty of time once some of the vets are traded. Johnny DangerFace Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 I don't think trading away a first year (of a contract) player like moulson or gionta would be good Murray's rep Quote
Trettioåtta Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 I don't think trading away a first year (of a contract) player like moulson or gionta would be good Murray's rep Gionta has a full NMC for the first two years and a limited NTC for the last year Quote
Hoss Posted October 7, 2014 Author Report Posted October 7, 2014 I'll bet money that Gionta, Gorges and Moulson end the year here. I would, too. Would be shocked otherwise. Quote
K-9 Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 I'll bet money that Gionta, Gorges and Moulson end the year here. And well beyond, too. They are linchpins in the rebuild. GO BILLS!!! Quote

bcsaberks Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 Feels much better than Craig Rivet. I was pulling for Callahan over Gionta for the warm fuzzy local connection / insta-C. Now that the season is here, I think they got it right. Quote

inkman Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 I must not have constructed that sentence well then. Being from Fairport and all I don't know how you'd keep track of all these Rochester players. Quote
Hoss Posted October 8, 2014 Author Report Posted October 8, 2014 (edited) I must not have constructed that sentence well then. Yea, it was a bit confusing if you do understand that they both have the local connection. But now that I know you do understand I think I know what you're going for.
