I am Defecting Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Weber gave Tallinder a rough ride. Quote
Drunkard Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Yeah, because we don't have enough of those. We don't. I want all the picks in the first round. With Murray going to the podium as GM the first round of the draft will only take about 6 minutes. Quote
I am Defecting Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Still hoping Nolan can work his magic with Foligno. Quote
darksabre Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Poor Hank. That looked like the variety pack of injuries. Quote
dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 We have four good kids on D. I think every one of them is already better than Weber. Quote
darksabre Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 McCormick is ready for the season. He's a good soldier. I hope he torments Phaneuf all season long. Quote
Claude Balls Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Hanks skate got caught in the ice and is what threw him off balance. Not much Weber could do about that. Looked like a separated shoulder possibly. Feel bad for Tallinder. Quote

Randall Flagg Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 That was great, I miss hockey so much Quote
... Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I actually saw Samson do something he was advertised as being able to do. Quote
dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Best possession time in a year. easy. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 (edited) I'd like to keep both (assuming they have a season showing their worthy of keeping). Would be nice to have some veterans going forward and the cap won't be an issue. Stewart is everything Murray wants, quick, big and can score........ Staff seemed to be a completely new player when Nolan came in. He seems to actually want to stay and be a leader moving forward. I say keep them both. I actually don't mind either player and if both can be 20-30 goal scorers consistently which I think both can I say keep them. Another high first won't make much difference in the rebuild. I actually saw Samson do something he was advertised as being able to do. I'm listening to the game and doesn't sound like he's doing much. I like Reinhart and he was the guy I wanted in the draft but I'm all for him going down. No need to rush him. If Drouin can be sent down who I feel is alitle bit better player than Reinhart can be sent down. The two games I seen him play doesn't warrant him being here full time. dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Hodgson was absolutely terrible in the first. Looking better now. Quote
darksabre Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I actually saw Samson do something he was advertised as being able to do. I'm pleased with his play. I think he's staying. Which is going to piss off Grigorenko. Quote
dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 (edited) Toronto fans are going to look at this score and say they've played well. They've been bad and lucky. Edited September 27, 2014 by dudacek Quote
darksabre Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Also Meszaros/Weber is the worst D pair ever. Quote
I am Defecting Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Isn't 5 enough? I'd try a different goaltender for the 3rd. Quote
Dannepanne Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Myers is looking really good out there, best sabre imo heading into 3rd. Quote
dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 (edited) Maybe it's just hockey withdrawal, or that anything looks better than last year, but I don't think our game has been bad tonight. We've been physical, skated hard and haven't allowed too many chances. Edited September 27, 2014 by dudacek Quote
darksabre Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Myers is looking really good out there, best sabre imo heading into 3rd. He's paired with McCabe I think. That could be a fun combo. That means Ristolainen and Zadorov are the other pair I think. Not bad. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 Also Meszaros/Weber is the worst D pair ever. Meszaros is probably thinking how did I get paired with this scrub! Quote
dudacek Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I've been hoping Myers and McCabe would be a long-term match. Their games seem well-matched. I'm officially a McCabe fan. He's got Weber's battle, but with brains and skill. Kid is going to play in this league for a long-time. Quote
BuffaloBorn Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 ...Meanwhile Sam Bennett is killing it Quote
