Brawndo Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) Sabres' lines for tonight: Moulson-Ennis-Stafford, Dalpe-Girgensons-Gionta, Deslauriers-Reinhart-Stewart, Lemieux-Grigorenko-Kaleta. Sabres' defense for tonight's home game: Gorges-Myers, Meszaros-Benoit, McCabe-Pysyk. Goalies: Enroth, Lieuwen. Yes this GDT Opening sucks in comparison to what CB26 does. beerme1 Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Will be there and looking forward to seeing Lemieux, Reinhart, Gionta, Meszaros, Gionta and Dalpe. Really curious about the attendance. I expect 12,000 Quote
dudacek Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Much stronger lineup than the last game. Hope we see Reinhart and Grigo with better wingers. I thing CB26 has defected to another board. Quote

LaLaLaFontaine Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Much stronger lineup than the last game. Hope we see Reinhart and Grigo with better wingers. I thing CB26 has defected to another board. Oh no CB26 was awesome. Which other Sabres board did he choose? Quote
Huckleberry Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Oh no CB26 was awesome. Which other Sabres board did he choose? no worries, i think he'll be around when season starts. Quote
Cereal Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Others here have wondered about seeing Grigorenko (and Reinhart) centering more skilled wingers. Any thoughts on how productive it will be to have Grigs between Lemieux and Kaleta? Quote

Any thoughts on how productive it will be to have Grigs between Lemieux and Kaleta? I think you might be pleasantly surprised with Lemieux and Kaleta on Grigorenko's wings. That will open space for someone with a ton of skill. Quote
Campy Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 I think you might be pleasantly surprised with Lemieux and Kaleta on Grigorenko's wings. That will open space for someone with a ton of skill. Thought the same thing when I saw the lines. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Thought the same thing when I saw the lines. Both Lemieux and Kaleta can put the puck in the net. They don't have the skill of Grigs but then again Grigs doesn't have the hustle and work ethic of those two guys either. Quote
Hoss Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 We all realize Dalpe is hardly better than the group of one-year scrubs we had last year, right? Quote
biodork Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 No TV coverage? Poo. Hopefully there'll be an audio stream somewhere. Quote
z-man Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 You should be able to listen online on wgr550.com or via their app, or (as I do) through the tunein radio app. Quote

LabattBlue Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 I will be there. Nobody else in our season ticket group wanted them. I figured that this may be one of the better chances to see a win this season. Quote
Derrico Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Surprised to see Dalpe in the lineup again tonight. Quote

SwampD Posted September 23, 2014 Report Posted September 23, 2014 Love the radio only games. I have a lot to do and I'll actually do it, instead of just being glued to the TV. Hey! This is the first amount of excitement I've managed to muster for this season. Quote
