JJFIVEOH Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 I don't understand how these standings work. How do I win, score the second highest total for the week, and go DOWN 2 spots in the standings? Probably because now you're grouped together with more teams because of the 7-way tie. Somehow you're lower down the tie-breaking chain but now you're one game closer because of your win. I tried to look for the tie-breaking procedures earlier but couldn't find them. I didn't look very hard though. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 I thought points for was the tiebreaker, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Paging Commissioner Derrico! Quote
JujuFish Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 Standings Tiebreaker Head to Head Record Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 Whatever the tie-breaker is, I LOVE IT! :D Quote

Derrico Posted November 4, 2015 Author Report Posted November 4, 2015 COMMISSIONER DERRICO!!!! I thought we changed this to total points? Slipped through the cracks. I would have preferred points scored as the first tie breaker but that wasn't pushed as one of the rule changes. Looks like we will have to implement this for next season and h2h is first tie breaker. What do u have to worry about tb?? Quote

I've been starting Charles Sims as one of my RBs, and Steve Smith just went on IR. I would not be a-tall surprised to suffer a fall from grace. Quote
WildCard Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 Don't mind me, just running around, scoopin' up DeAngelo Williams, lurking in the shadows. Quote

JujuFish Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 Don't let anybody convince you that being last doesn't have its advantages. Yeah, I was hoping being last in the 7-way tie would let me get Williams, since the only two people behind me are pretty much out of the race. Damn you, WildCard! Quote

WildCard Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 I'm winning at least one damn game this season Quote

JujuFish Posted November 5, 2015 Report Posted November 5, 2015 (edited) I'm on a downward trend my friend, if we play again it could happen If my rookie RBs keep producing, I have hope for my season yet. Too bad West is on bye this week. Damn you again, WildCard! Edit: I guess West is a second year RB, woops. Edited November 5, 2015 by JujuFish Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted November 5, 2015 Report Posted November 5, 2015 Any ideas? I need one flex and one WR in my other league (non-PPR). Sammy, Landry, Julius Thomas, Frank Gore, Cobb and Amendola...................... I'm thinking Landry and Gore. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 5, 2015 Report Posted November 5, 2015 Landry and Cobb easily for me. I have zero faith in the Colts right now. I even benched Luck in another league where I took him 5th overall (the scoring is heavily slanted to QBs to the tune of elite ones get 45-50 per week, so it made sense). Quote

I've been leery about Cobb because he hasn't had more than 4 points since week 4, and they're playing Carolina this week. But, he's due for a good game. Yeah, Luck has been a total bust this year. TrueBlueGED Posted November 9, 2015 Report Posted November 9, 2015 Holy crap, I'm getting my butt kicked Your defense is playing Matt Cassel tonight, it could potentially cut the deficit in half all on its own. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 9, 2015 Report Posted November 9, 2015 Well I did have some ok performance guys, but your lead is far too great to overcome Quote
qwksndmonster Posted November 9, 2015 Report Posted November 9, 2015 I got wrecked in every facet by Liger. Quote
