I'm surprised they're doing it this year, Especially after the TJ Oshie Show won the hearts and minds of America's Casual Hockey Fans.

If anything adopting the Olympic format would have been a cooler thing to do but as we all know the NHL never does things the right way. Generally, if you think of the most backasswards, counter intuitive scenario, it usually falls miles short of where the NHL ends up.

Gilles should get a couple of games for that. That's bush league. I'm all for dirty play, but you can't slam a guys head off the ice like you're a cave man. That looked like straight up 'roid rage!
