Derrico
Thanks for not naming names Ink. If not for running into someone who didn't change his lineup I'd seriously be concerned about running the table and going 0-14. Should have made this an annual keeper league, atleast then I could take the Connor McDavid of FF next year.

If you drafted AP or McCoy 1st or 2nd, you probably aren't doing well.
LGR4GM
My player to watch for October is Center Brent Gates (6'2" 196lbs). Kid's a goal scorer.

LGR4GM
Dylan Strome - 1g, 12a in 4games Connor McDavid - 5g, 7a, 4games These two guys are lethal for Erie. The question to ask, I haven't watched the games, is does Strome have increased production because of McDavid or is he producing on his own? Derrico
That is a good question. I have the OHL Network as part of the Sports Package I have so when the season rolls on a bit I will try to find time to watch atleast a few games of the top OHL prospects. Crusader1969
Dylan Strome - 1g, 12a in 4games Connor McDavid - 5g, 7a, 4games These two guys are lethal for Erie. The question to ask, I haven't watched the games, is does Strome have increased production because of McDavid or is he producing on his own? I bought the Erie away game package through OHL Live. So i've watched them a couple of times this season. I think Strome is a very good player (definitely worth a top 10 pick) but then he gets the benefit of not having to face the top line or D pair of the opposing teams. It will be interesting to see him perform while McDavid is away with Team Canada. Strome is obviously a great playmaker but maybe needs to be a bit more selfish and take a few more shots. One thing I have noticed is that the McDavid kid is pretty good too. I've saw Erie play twice last season live and would emplore anyone who wants to be entertained do the same at least once this year.

LGR4GM
Here is Future Considerations October rankings: McDavid, Eichel, Hanafin are your top 3. http://futureconsiderations.ca/fc-releases-octobers-fast-hockey-draft-ranking/
Derrico
Thanks for that. The top 3 rankings seem pretty unanimous across most rankings. But the 4-12 range sees guys all over the place. I've seen some that have Brazal in the top 5 or 6 and here is ranked 10th. Likewise I've seen Konecny out of the top 10 and they have him at 5. It'll be interesting to see how this list changes through the year. I haven't given up hope that the Sabres will pick in the top 2 but there is probably a better chance they pick 3 - 8 so it will be interesting seeing where those guys slot. dudacek
I'd be very happy to add Konecny if there with the Islanders pick. Small, but he can flat out play. Edited October 17, 2014 by dudacek
Derrico
Kid can sure play but I'm already starting to lose hope the Isles pick will be in the top 10 which would be needed to get him (unless we package to trade up of course).
