SwampD Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Hasek was before your time? Is it considered losing your stick if you threw it down so you could grab the puck with your waffle hand? Quote
Taro T Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Is it considered losing your stick if you threw it down so you could grab the puck with your waffle hand? Though those were the majority of the times he lost his stick, they were far from the only times. Quote
drnkirishone Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 IIRC, Hextall was another one that lost his stick often (when he wasnt using it to hack and slash). he wasn't losing it. He was being disarmed Quote
Iron Crotch Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Gaborik! Is there any doubt the Kings made the right move acquiring him at the deadline instead of Vanek (as rumored)? Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Gaborik always had a reputation for fading when it matters and not matching his regular season play in the playoffs (typical soft European, etc etc etc). Is he clutch now? Did he learn clutchness by being traded to LA? Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 I don't have anything to do tomorrow morning. Triple OT please. Quote

He hasn't played a lot of playoff games, but has always done well with the Rangers and Wild. Quote

He hasn't played a lot of playoff games, but has always done well with the Rangers and Wild. I was dating a hardcore Ranger fan for awhile. She and her friends treated him like many Sabres fans treat Vanek. Their message boards looked like ours. I'm not kidding, at all. "Scoring meaningless goals" and "he did nothing until he scored now he's invisible again" and so on. Quote
darksabre Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 I hate that one of these teams has to lose. Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 I hate that one of these teams has to lose. It will be a crime against hockey if one of them loses to the Rangers. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 It will be a crime against hockey if one of them loses to the Rangers. I think the percentage of that happening is quite low Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 I think the percentage of that happening is quite low I agree, but Lundqvist man, Lundqivst. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 I agree, but Lundqvist man, Lundqivst. It's true, he's great,I think it'll be at least 6 games tho Quote
Iron Crotch Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Quite a series. A shame someone had to lose. I'm not looking forward to more of the Rangers boring defensive style in the finals. Quote
26CornerBlitz Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Kings showed quite a bit of resolve by coming back from three deficits to finally win it. Two outstanding teams. Too bad someone had to lose. Quote
darksabre Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 Aaaaand I automatically win the Sabrespace bracket. Quote
