Ok. Back to Nolan. I heard he's going to fire the whole staff.

 

Greg Kash is pretty cool...He needs to do a show in San Francisco.

 

That being said, I also agree that the Sabres have been needing this change for awhile. Especially with respect to conditioning as injuries seem to plague us every year. Kash and I went to Florida State and they have implemented a tracking system where chips are implanted into all the player's pads and the coaches can track their stats throughout practice. They say they can see when players are slowing down from fatigue and have reduced soft tissue injuries by 30%. Not saying we need this exact system but some new thinking might be overdue.
