LabattBlue Posted March 28, 2006 Report Posted March 28, 2006 I don't mind the crackdown on obstruction, but the referees are calling things that aren't even happening. This has been happening all year. With two refs on the ice, if there is a bad call, why can't the other ref go up to the one that made the call and say "that was not a penalty". Plus this video review back to Toronto is a joke. Why even have the video review judge in the press box if he may be overrules by the powers that be in Toronto.
Rico7 Posted March 28, 2006 Report Posted March 28, 2006 I would just like to see some consistency. A 10-4 advantage in powerplays is out of hand. Granted, the Sabres deserved some of the calls, but there are 2 teams out there.

It seems like they'll call the game extremely tight for a while, and then start letting things go.
