Brawndo Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Those storms are heading this way tonight. Geez Crazy, watching the game on att uverse ch. 1748 here in Memphis and right after the Stl goal, screen switched to game blacked out on my area. And those storms are allegedly headed to MEM around midnight. Stay safe out there. Quote
Iron Crotch Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Crazy, watching the game on att uverse ch. 1748 here in Memphis and right after the Stl goal, screen switched to game blacked out on my area. And those storms are allegedly headed to MEM around midnight. They'll be here in Nashville not long after that. But, we have so many tornado warnings (as do you) that you start to get used to them after a while. Quote
Norcal Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Does anyone pass the puck into the front of their own net more than Ehrhoff? Quote
kishoph Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Blistering them with 4 SOG over 28 minutes played. Two minutes left in the 2nd period and only 4 players have SOG's (Flynn, Ennis, Larson and Risto) for 11 shots. Quote
JJFIVEOH Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Looks like another line heading towards St. Louis right behind what's hitting now. Quote
Hoss Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Does anyone pass the puck into the front of their own net more than Ehrhoff? I've thought this before, too. One of the many reasons I was in the small group that wanted him traded at the deadline. Quote
Jsixspd Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Coming in late on this one - from the few minutes I saw before the end of the 2nd, it looks like the Sabres have played quite well to hold St. Louis to only a 1-0 lead Quote

Looks like another line heading towards St. Louis right behind what's hitting now. On weather channel, female reporter at downtown stl hotel said they are moving all guests out of rooms and into ballrooms, but its not mandatory. Quote
Nitro60 Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 70mph winds in St Louis? That is some serious storm weather. Quote
Doohicksie Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Yeah. Denton (DTO) had a tornado warning. More than just a warning 7:52pm: Here is an earlier picture of the tornadic supercell as it moved thru McKinney. This tornado warned thunderstorm is moving east into Hunt County. A Tornado WARNING has been continued for east Collin and Hunt counties. Quote

... Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 I remember getting freaked out when I lived in Texas and there were tornado warnings. The lifers there treated them like they were no big thing. Quote
josie Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Nothing. Nothing scares me more than tornadoes. Having lived through several and having been tossed across a road in a van by one. There is nothing quite as helpless feeling as sitting in a location watching one move in. God I hope this one passes quickly and everyone is safe. Quote

Has to be nerving being cooped up in the arena not knowing what is going on outside. Quote
Nitro60 Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 PK is doing a good job keeping St Louis at bay. Quote

bunomatic Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Our young goaltender looks poised. Calm. I've been impressed. Quote
Norcal Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 John Scott makes me laugh. He is so careful about every single check, Shanaban struck the fear into him for sure!! Quote
kishoph Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Why after getting a good scoring chance and forcing a faceoff in the Blues end does Nolan send out Ellis and Scott for 20 seconds ? Quote
