JJFIVEOH
How far has your career sunk when the 27 million dollar player is benched for a waiver wire pickup? They were talking about potential castaways that some teams might have interest in signing during the offseason, on XM today. They got to Leino, they all started laughing and moved on to the next player.

Iron Crotch
I like the Hoff - Risto defensive pairing (if that is what they actually go with tonight).

Eleven
Cheez. Gadzik is a freak and a helluva fighter. And MacIntyre is a monster. Konopka and Scott better have their Wheaties tonight. Yeah, Peters (go figure) was suggesting that Gadzik is called up to fight Scott (who hasn't had a fight since...?). It's stupid. Before some certain folks chime in: There's a difference between dressing a goon to handle a cheap-shot artist, and dressing a goon just to fight. Gadzik has been up.
Weave
Just spent some time on Hockeyfights checking out the Luke Gazdik footage. Damn. htat kid can fight. He's beaten a bunch of good heavyweights this year. Reminds me alot of a young Rob Ray. All offense, head back and throw punches.
hockeyhound
Does anyone else ever have trouble viewing interviews on the Sabres site? I can view the commercials and game highlights; however, that is it. Edited March 21, 2014 by hockeyhound
JJFIVEOH
Gazdic's played 62 games for Edmonton this year. I don't think he was called up just to fight somebody.

Before some certain folks chime in: There's a difference between dressing a goon to handle a cheap-shot artist, and dressing a goon just to fight. And dressing a goon that does neither. I can't remember the last time Scott was sent after someone that had given a Sabre a cheap shot and there have been plenty of opportunities.
