Says you. Our loyalty to our team is what holds this franchise together, defines us as fans, and is a major part of the character of our city. Same with the Bills.

Say what you want about being happy, sad, or angry while the team loses (intentionally), but don't dare claim we should have been less loyal. Especially not now, as we sit here typing this crap into a mechanical box during the franchise-worst season. Wavering loyalty is for Canes fans.

My point was the organization for the last two years did not deserve to have the support it did. The FNC is still full, people are still buying the merchandise. They were given a free pass. Some hockey towns would not have been to accepting of "suffering". Try selling that theory in Detroit or Montreal.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE THE WORST TEAM IN NHL HISTORY TO BUILD A COMPETITIVE TEAM!!!

But it sure doesn't hurt.

Does it really matter?  This is all Kabuki theater from now until the end of the season.  Don't expect hockey because this ain't it.

I think we will all feel much better if/when we clinch McEichel. Never thought trying to finish last would be so stressful. Lol
