Being told the Sabres are finalizing a trade right now that will include Miller.

 

 

For the record, these types of reports at this point are probably just reporters throwing out something with no real source. It's just taking an obvious guess.

My first reaction: MEH. Completely meh. Unless we can quickly move Stewart and Halak elsewhere. Carrier is a decent prospect with injury problems. 2015 first is nice. Third is nice.

Now that it's happening, I'm actually kind of grieving the loss of Miller a bit. He deserved better but came to the Sabres at the worst possible time.
