LabattBlue Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Lindy is going to have them fired up. Buffalo 6 Boston 1
Corp000085 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 when is hecht and/or connolly due back? They're sorely missed, especially hecht.
hopeleslyobvious Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Any word on who is starting in goal tonight? I would go with Biron tonight and Miller tomorrow. I would much prefer that to Miller tonight and Biron tomorrow...and I don't want to see either start both.
Strow Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 when is hecht and/or connolly due back? They're sorely missed, especially hecht. Believe I saw something that said Connolly is day-to-day and Hecht is still weeks away, both are experiencing soreness in the knees.
chileanseabass Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 the streak is over... sabres win 3-1
hopeleslyobvious Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Believe I saw something that said Connolly is day-to-day and Hecht is still weeks away, both are experiencing soreness in the knees. If you listen to Lindy Ruff's morning Press Conference, it sounds like Connolly could be back in the lineup tonight.
rickshaw Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Sabres get back on track tonight with a convincing 6-2 win.
Corp000085 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 4-0 sabres. biron gets the shutout... let the controversy begin...
bob_sauve28 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 If you listen to Lindy Ruff's morning Press Conference, it sounds like Connolly could be back in the lineup tonight. Excellent!
Rock DJ Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Have I mentioned lately how sick I am of NESN?
sabre31_98 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Well, that is a perfect display of our two major problems. Defense and Goaltending.
Rock DJ Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Miller just followed that up with an awesome save.... MAYBE some confidence? Please?
Claude Balls Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Where the hell did the toughness go on this team. They are plain terrible in their own end.
sabre31_98 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 They are not skating to the puck at all like they used to! Did you see Vanek just loafing in chasing there???
Rock DJ Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Outhustled and outmuscled..... forget the little things and SKATE!!!!!!!!
sabre31_98 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 That was great! Connolley remembers how to skate hard.
Claude Balls Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Welcome back Tim! :P I hope he can stay healthy for the rest of the season. He does make a difference on this team. More that people think when he is not in the lineup.
bob_sauve28 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 I hope he can stay healthy for the rest of the season. He does make a difference on this team. More that people think when he is not in the lineup. I have to admit I wanted him gone from this team, but I now think he might be the best offensive player on the team. We have missed him.
Rock DJ Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 He came with a whole new attitude this year. Who new?
Corp000085 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 last NESN game of the year. I'm quite excited. Also, i'm glad to see that the sabres came up with a late period, clutch goal. Haven't had one of those in a few weeks.
Claude Balls Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 He came with a whole new attitude this year. Who new? Must be that skinhead look he is sporting this year. :o
