Robviously Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Love Murray....stacking coffee empties, a pad, a pen, and a $3 calculator. #Analytics !!!! I'd love him a lot more if he actually gets something done in the next 80 minutes. Quote
apuszczalowski Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Legwand left the ice because practice is over. Reporter was trolling. What an idiot. But what if the entire team was just dealt so they all had to be called off the ice? Quote
Robviously Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 It's true! I removed the screen blurring! "Yeah....looks like they're still going back and forth about Enroth's height......" Quote
Jsixspd Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 It's true! I removed the screen blurring! Grandmaster Tim Murray - "how do the people view this latest trade?" Staffer - "Grandmaster, let me check Sabrespace to see how the news was received". Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 It's true! I removed the screen blurring! Well then I'll take control: Hey guys, let's make some noise. Trade Moulson, give Halak up for ANYTHING. Quote
shrader Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Super late to the party, but I think the Rangers got fleeced on the St. Louis deal. Short term it looks good, but if that team doesn't contend this year (doesn't look likely) and next year, their future looks bleak. I won't go as far to say they got fleeced, but I'm with you on this one. That's a steep price for a 38 year old. Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 David Pagnotta @TheFourthPeriod Ducks very much involved in talks for the big boys... Vanek, Cammalleri, Kesler, Moulson. They are poised to get one. Quote

qwksndmonster Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 It's true! I removed the screen blurring! "I'm looking for weave to tell us who to trade Stafford for. He's how we ended up with Ott..." Quote
apuszczalowski Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 How funny would it be if he rolled up the rim on his coffee cup, won a million dollars and quit right there? :w00t: Theres no $1 miilion prize, biggest prize is a Toyota (and it used to be you won a couple year lease of the vehicle) Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 That was quick. Luongo and St. Louis jerseys. They have a printing machine right in the store if anybody is wondering. Quote
26CornerBlitz Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 @LavoieRenaud Dubnyk sent down to Hamilton. Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie NSH C David Legwand in play. PIT, DET, ANA, PIT all possible destinations. #Tradecentre Quote
apuszczalowski Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 That was quick. Luongo and St. Louis jerseys. They have a printing machine right in the store if anybody is wondering. Is that an NHL store in NY or the Hall of fame in TO, cause it looks similar to the gift shop at the HHOF The Luongo Jerseys are easy, they just had to bring the box up from storage that they put down there when he left Florida the first time Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Florida going for it? Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie Sorry, on last Legwand tweet, doubled up on PIT. Believe FLA is also a consideration. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 People need to realize alot of teams aren't going to mortage there future for UFA. I'm guessing Vanek and Moulson value is dropping which is more reason to keep Moulson. We have money to sign him. Quote

Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Marcel Goc to the Penguins Chris Johnston @reporterchris Marcel Goc, just acquired by the #pens, is a pending UFA earning $1.7M. Quote
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 You do know that's not a calculator--right? ?? 2-5 he doesn't have any apps! Good call. I looked quick and it looked like a TI-15. Real men have black phones! Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Six trades so far today and some huge names have moved: St. Louis, Callahan, Gaborik, Hemsky. Quality over quantity today. Quote
SabresBillsFan Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 From Hockey's Future on Buffalo's pickup (12) Hudson Fasching, RW, Drafted 4th round, 118th overall, 2013 The freshman has a near point-per-game pace in his first year at the University of Minnesota. He is currently tied for third on the Golden Gophers with 25 points, and his line with Kyle Rau (FLA) and Sam Warning is helping the team stay atop the Big Ten with a 10-2-2 conference record. Despite having several solid linemates, Fasching has not been a passenger. His style, which mixes the body of a power forward with the hands of a finisher, is translating better than many expected. Fasching also brings a quality of intelligence and leadership to his game, the latter of which will likely be put into the limelight as he hits his junior or senior year. The combination of an already impressive physical skill set and a successful freshman season are helping Fasching move up on the list of King top prospects. Nicolas Deslauriers, LW, Drafted 3rd round, 84th overall, 2009 Deslauriers has made a career-changing move from defense to left wing and it is paying off in spades. Not only has this taken defensive stress off the La Salle, Quebec native, it has opened up his offensive abilities. The former defenseman leads the Monarchs with 18 goals. His big-bodied and aggressive style looks promising now as a left winger in a system that is rather depleted in that area. Deslauriers still needs to work on his defensive game and positioning in the defensive zone, but the move Mark Morris has made is reinventing his career and potential NHL future. With a stacked blue line depth chart, the Kings can now start to consider Deslauriers as a potential option as a top-nine winger. Quote
Hoss Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) There were ten trades yesterday, so I would say 16 trades so far in reality. Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger Ruutu to the Devils. Martin Biron sounds so much like Wilmer Valderrama's character in That 70's Show. The Mayor John Hoven @mayorNHL From what I'm told, the #LAKings are done. Of course, something could change, but it's not expected. Edited March 5, 2014 by Tankalicious Quote
