X. Benedict Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Wow! That is absolutely awesome on all counts. :) I submit this darling picture... I don't know why, but this one just suddenly took me by surprise. He's been gone for years and off the air for many more. He was great. Really great. Quote
SwampD Posted February 13, 2014 Report Posted February 13, 2014 All this talk of Kerry Fraser got me thinking about this game. That's him blowing game three against Ottawa. ...and this is me going berzerker after the game was out of reach. I don't miss the longs, well, sometimes I do. Luckily, we got to watch them clinch the next game. Our seats were a little different, though. They were in a cabin shut down for the winter with an empty Labbatt Blue can hanging off one rabbit ear so we could get reception. Not sure which seats were better. Quote

He was great. Really great. Agreed and that's why I posted that picture. Check out the links below. I think you'll be glad that you did. Close your eyes and let them take you back in time. Beautiful...from Ted's dulcet tones to the period music. Enjoy... B-) http://www.staffannouncer.com/audio/75sabrespart1.mp3 http://www.staffannouncer.com/audio/75sabrespart2.mp3 Quote

Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 This might not be the prettiest picture, but it was was hockey at its most beautiful. Today was my grandmother's 100th birthday. She is a big Canuck fan and my cousin got this jersey made and arranged for it to be signed by all the Canucks. Holy Cow....haven't really looked at this thread. This is crazy awesome! Quote

darksabre Posted April 11, 2014 Report Posted April 11, 2014 Sports Illustrated: 2014 Goalie Masks. Good pictures of them, too. http://sportsillustr...goalie-masks/1/ I really like Scott Clemmensen's mask. Love those chunky lines and the simple graphic. Quote
josie Posted April 11, 2014 Report Posted April 11, 2014 I really like Scott Clemmensen's mask. Love those chunky lines and the simple graphic. Luongo's new mask is similar, too. I dig it. I also really dig the BlueJackets mask with the undead civil war union soldiers. Very Eddie from Iron Maiden. Quote
