I expect a close, gritty physical and tight checking game. Good guys win because of goaltending edge

Can't win if you can't put the puck in the net. Who's gonna tally for Buffalo?

Posted

Oh man, that is as ugly a lineup as we've had all season. One 2nd line, Two 4th lines, and an AHL line.

But yet some think we would win every AHL game by 3 goals or more. Good luck.

konopka will get his first as a sabre, and Big John Scott will get a hordy How Hat Trick

Scott is likely to get one third of a Gordy Howe Hat Trick. Guess which third is most likely.

The 1/3 that gets you tossed for being to big and makes you ineligible to try for the other two. :P

Matt Hackett recalled to start, pitches a shutout. Konopka gets his first, Big John Scott with an ejection for spraying the goalie with snow. And finally Porter is recalled, skates on the first line and lays the wood for 5 points, earning the first star for the game.

Wow PLFis such a smart GM. He claimed a third line center and fourth line winger from waivers and screw Edmonton with a 6th round pick for a second line LW. ;)

Oh man this lineup is so bad. 0:3 with a hattrick from Jagr.

By the way we should sign Jagr next year. Perfect first line RW.

I would love to have Jagr here. He'd never come to Buffalo though.

Didn't Ryan just give up 3 goals last game? Who writes this stuff? Not that it matters, I just prefer information to be correct.

I think it has more to do with your reading comprehension.

The bolded words are the key.

Ok DB, enlighten me. What did I miss?

I don't know, reading?

The comment was that he hadn't given up more than three goals in a game. That would include giving up three goals. The "more than" is, you know, relevant.
