MILFHUNTER#518 Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 From NHL.com:  not for nothing but I was thinking the same thing... just saying
LaLaLaFontaine Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 I watched the game on game center later. After mid of the second period i thought i would die because the game was extremely boring. I then decided to go straight to the highlights. Of course i was surprised that the Sabres managed a win. The OT goal was a one of a kind goal, i believe we won't see again. Nevertheless a win with this roster is a great achievement. By the way I really had to laugh about the Scott penalty in the first period. He did not saw the Yotes player coming, who ran into Scott and was deflected like a rubber ball which hit the wall.
North Buffalo Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 Quite a Pyser of a goal. Couldn't believe it when I saw it... That was too funny.
Lumpy Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 Stafford needs to stay out... Leino needs to stay out. Psysk needs to stay up Don't touch that 1st line at all Miller is good. I'm more of a Scott fan than some on here, I want him on D or on the PP or both. Nolan stays I'm with you on that. Scott on the power play!!!! Leino and Stafford seemed to be addition by subtraction. So maybe we play three lines from here on out. We need to credit the Coyotes though for their weak effort and lack of talent.
Jsixspd Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 One things' for sure : RJ seems to have gotten his excitement back. I actually felt badly for RJ that the Sabres were such a disaster in his last season on-air. I say "were" - they're a fun team to watch now, and they're a team deserving of respect, I'm glad for RJ too, that he doesn't have to end his career on such a low-note. Ted's got them trying hard and working hard, which is all I asked. Other than complaints about the officiating, and a couple of the players, I've no complaints now..... team is definitely going in the right direction.
K-9 Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 Pysyk is a sniper, pure and simple. If a goalie gives him just a crack to shoot at, it's going in. GO SABRES!!!
BuffaloBorn Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 I think I saw a coyotes fan there... I'm not sure
wjag Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 Pysyk is a sniper, pure and simple. If a goalie gives him just a crack to shoot at, it's going in. GO SABRES!!! Nicely done.

Eleven Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 Yup, would've made things a lot simpler if Ruff could've managed to make his team give a damn, instead of wasting his time beating them over the head with his god forsaken "system", or if Pegula had kicked Dary out 2 years ago. Neither was the case unfortunately, but at least the team seems to be moving in right direction now, and building character is not a bad place to start. I'm not biting, but you're getting closer to a lump of coal in your stocking tomorrow.
apuszczalowski Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 I kind of feel bad for the 'Yotes and Smith, thats not the way you want a game to end and I have no ill will towards that franchise or Smith Imagine how much sweeter that goal would have been if the game was against the Leafs, Sens, Canadians, Bruins or Flyers though..............
Stoner Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 It was Mike Smith, in the conservatory, with his ass. (12 hours too late.)
Jsixspd Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 I kind of feel bad for the 'Yotes and Smith, thats not the way you want a game to end..... Dunno if that's an intentional funny but I LOL'd. :)
Iron Crotch Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 ...I watched the Preds get beat by the Bruins at Bridgestone Arena yesterday... butt I should have stayed home to see the Sabres win... butt I still had a good time at the Preds game...
Doohicksie Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 It was Mike Smith, in the conservatory, with his ass. (12 hours too late.) No, you're right.
North Buffalo Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 The more I think about this the more inappropriate comments start running through my head. P.S. Just downloaded "Cards Against Humanity" an inappropriate word game my wife wants for Christmas and you can make up your own. I started with a puck in an posterior inferior sphincter and it went downhill from there. Just wondering out loud...Smith said" he didn't feel anything... Ah this one is going to be rich. Can't wait till the late shows get a hold of it...

johnnychemo Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 I don't feel too bad for Smith or the Yotes, after all their goal should have been overturned. A bit of poetic justice!

Amazon is always sold out. TY, too far right now in SE NY, near NYC. That being said, I have a pretty good printer with card stock and ordered the updates. Your assquatch login name is appropriate in this case... says it all. We have the butt fumble, the butt tag and now the butt goal... a puck going into a red panted goalie's pants... wrong on so many levels.

Assquatch Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 One of the best party / bar games ever. We had three generations playing that game this summer when we were on vacation in Cape Cod. My mother was mortified and my dad was saving his most horrible disgusting cards for her to read when it was her turn. My son and his wife were in tears watching grandma squirm. Good times.
Hoss Posted December 25, 2013 Report Posted December 25, 2013 One of the best party / bar games ever. Absolutely.
