50/50 at sabres game

I've been to a few games this year(at least 12) and I have bought 50/50 tickets at each game from different places in the arena and at different times. I've been one of the first and one of the last and everywhere inbetween. Everytime I have received tickets starting with 04 something and everytime the winning number is 015... After a game or two and hearing other fans question the numbers I started to ask people what their numbers were and I have yet to find someone with a number under 04... Has anyone here heard of anyone winning the 50/50 at a sabres game? They flash the number real quick and never repeat it. Idk but I'm thinking it's a scam

A guy sitting near me at a Bills game won the 50/50 one time and somebody said that he was one of the section security guards/ticket people dressed up as a Bills fan. Not sure if they were right or just bitter though.

I 've seen a group of four celebrating the fact they won the 50/50 at the bar after the game and talked to them so I say yes.
