Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Hello yeah that's what happens when you hit the net... Peace out laughs
26CornerBlitz Posted November 30, 2013 Author Report Posted November 30, 2013 Ehrhoff with the accurate wrister!
Eleven Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I go to put a slice in the fridge and Ehrhoff scores?! I'll ready a slice every game just for that ritual.
Nitro60 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Scoreboard Sabres 3 Maple Leafs 2...have a nice drive home over the Peace Bridge. Sweet.
bunomatic Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Beauty that. Nice. Take some lessons Myers.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 30, 2013 Author Report Posted November 30, 2013 News from Rochester, Kaleta is out for a while with a leg injury. Damn the guy is an injury nightmare.
hockeyhound Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Nice win; send the leaf's home cryin.
Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I liked d'agostinis game tonight, Leino and Stafford good as well Disliked flynn Loved the victory
biodork Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Hows the new guy been? I got in about half way through the second and haven't really heard his name. He made a diving poke check to save a breakaway shorthanded goal right at the end of the 3rd that was a thing of beauty. Damn the guy is an injury nightmare. :( Woohoo, a win! So happy to send those damn Leafs fans back over the bridge crying. The nerve, starting a Go Leafs Go chant in our building! Karma's a bitch.
Nitro60 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Sabres remind me of the gang that could not shoot straight. Ted, please, have the guys (specially on the point) go through accuracy drills. Too many shots going wide or high. Other than that....I enjoy a victory over Toronto ever single time....savor the moment.
hockeyhound Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I liked d'agostinis game tonight, Leino and Stafford good as well Disliked flynn Loved the victory Tardif should get a shot at the big time; send Flynn back.
sabresfan36 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 that goal went thru the bridge of the forwards skate
JJFIVEOH Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 All the underachievers we bitched about for too long, have all been turning things around since Nolan got here. Myers, Stafford and Leino have all been playing great. D'Agostini deserves a star of the game.
neverenough Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Good job Sabres! Now lets get one against NJ. I wish you the best Nolan.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 30, 2013 Author Report Posted November 30, 2013 I liked d'agostinis game tonight, Leino and Stafford good as well Disliked flynn Loved the victory Grigs in...Flynn out in NJ. Sulzer out too.
... Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I wouldn't mess with the Adam, Ennis, Girgs line...they had lots of chances.
dudacek Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Seriously, best game of the year? Certainly the most entertaining. Should we be surprised that Myers, Stafford, Leino and Luke Adam(?!) are finding themselves under Nolan? The first three have been our best players since Teddy arrived. One of Leino's best games in blue and gold.
... Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 D'Agastini had two huge plays tonight; stopping the break-away in the third and the screen in OT. I don't think Tropp makes either play.
hockeyhound Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Grigs in...Flynn out in NJ. Sulzer out too. Shouldn't 52 to get a couple a more games before getting the boot?
... Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I would scratch Hodgson or Cousin It before anyone else in the lineup tonight.
Nitro60 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 I wouldn't mess with the Adam, Ennis, Girgs line...they had lots of chances. Agree...need to develop some chemistry. They seem to be jelling. I see this team, as a whole, is gaining confidence. The more confident with each other will only see improved play. There was a story in the Globe saying this was the worst NHL team in years. A month ago I would agree. Now, it is a different story. Sabres are competitive each night. Have to over come the lack of scoring that has hampered this team.
