carpandean Posted November 28, 2013 Report Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) What the heck; why not ... Sabres Historical: Atlantic Division: Eastern Conference: Tank Nation: (Playoff chart will return when it actually matters.) Updated: 4/13 (End of Season) Edited April 14, 2014 by carpandean Quote
Sabres Fan in NS Posted November 28, 2013 Report Posted November 28, 2013 Thanks, carp. I love the charts. This version shows just how craptastic the Sabres are this season. Should be framed. Quote
qwksndmonster Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 Ooh ahh Sabres on the warpath! ...to the x axis! Quote

wjag Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 I expected a flat line, kind of like the line on a hospital monitor after you have died. Quote
bunomatic Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 Flip that chart over and they look great. Quote

IKnowPhysics Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 For the Vonnegut fans, here's a classic. I'll let you use your own imagination to fill in the hopeful part of the great story line we're embarking on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oP3c1h8v2ZQ Quote
shrader Posted December 5, 2013 Report Posted December 5, 2013 I missed these when they were first posted. Yeah, they just about sum it up perfectly. Quote
carpandean Posted December 5, 2013 Author Report Posted December 5, 2013 (edited) I'll update these tomorrow after we have played again. What really surprised me is that, as bad as things have been for the Sabres, the Panthers and Islanders are not much ahead of them. It is definitely not a lock that the Sabres will finish last in their division or conference, much less the league. Edited December 5, 2013 by carpandean Quote
carpandean Posted December 6, 2013 Author Report Posted December 6, 2013 (edited) For the first time since at least the 2004-05 lockout, the Sabres may break the -20 points line, forcing me to change the range on my vertical axis. They cleared +20 points in 2006-07, but never -20. Edited December 6, 2013 by carpandean Quote

... Posted December 12, 2013 Report Posted December 12, 2013 I don't know if you needed to add the -25 line. I think the effect would have been better to see the line completely disappear along the bottom. Quote
